Leesha Saha

I am an experienced Physics educator with 18+ years of teaching experience across IB, Cambridge, IGCSE and senior-school curricula. I focus on making Physics conceptually clear, engaging and relevant while developing students’ analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and confidence. My professional journey also includes research experience at the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC), Mumbai, where I worked on block-copolymer-mediated synthesis and characterization of gold nanoparticles using advanced techniques such as UV-Visible spectroscopy and scattering methods. In education, I have also served as an IAYP Coordinator, Science Department leader and educator trainer, supporting student development, experiential learning and academic excellence.

I teach because I love turning curiosity into understanding—helping students move from “I can’t do Physics” to “I understand why.” For me, teaching is about nurturing curiosity, confidence and the ability to think deeply about the world around us.
