Rajeshwari Shetty

Rajeshwari Shetty is an educator with over 10 years of experience in Science and Mathematics education across India, the UAE, and the UK. Her teaching journey spans classroom, online, and personalised learning environments, with experience teaching primary and secondary learners. Currently a Primary Academic Facilitator at 21K School, she facilitates student-centred Mathematics learning for Grades 4 and 5, designs engaging lesson experiences, integrates educational technology, and uses formative assessment to support learner progress. Her experience also includes teaching Science at Oxbridge Online School and Bhavans Pearl Wisdom School, as well as teaching Science, Mathematics, and Social Studies at Fravashi International Academy. Alongside classroom teaching, she has contributed to curriculum development, assessment, student activities, teacher professional development, and community education initiatives.

Teaching has always been a two-way path for me. While I strive to nurture curiosity, confidence, and a sense of purpose in my learners, they continually keep the child in me alive, the part that remains curious, asks questions, and wants to discover something new.

In a world where we are all searching for purpose and an opportunity to make a difference, I have come to realise that some of the most meaningful moments in teaching are often the simplest ones: when a learner feels comfortable enough to share their experience, finds meaning in what they have learned, or tells you that you made a difference. After years of teaching, I have countless such moments, but the underlying thread remains the same, I want to make a difference in a learner's life and, in doing so, encourage them to believe that they too can make a difference in the world around them.
