Rosemary Paul

I am a passionate and dedicated educator with over 6 years of teaching experience across CBSE, ICSE, and IGCSE curricula. My teaching journey includes working as a Physics and Science teacher and serving as the Head of the Physics Department, where I had the opportunity to guide and mentor learners at different levels. Currently, I work as a Science Facilitator at 21K School, supporting young learners through engaging and interactive online classes. I enjoy creating learner-centered learning experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, and active participation. I believe every learner has unique strengths and abilities, and I strive to create a supportive environment where students feel confident to ask questions, explore new ideas, and learn from their experiences. My aim is to make learning meaningful, enjoyable, and connected to the real world while inspiring learners to become confident and lifelong learners.

My teaching journey is driven by a passion for making learning engaging, interactive, and meaningful. As a Science Facilitator at 21K School, I use a variety of virtual classroom strategies such as interactive discussions, inquiry-based questions, visual resources, hands-on activities, quizzes, and collaborative learning to keep learners actively involved. I encourage students to share their ideas, ask questions, think critically, and connect concepts with real-life experiences. By creating a supportive and learner-cent red virtual environment, I strive to ensure that every student participates confidently and enjoys the learning process. For me, effective online teaching is about turning a virtual classroom into a space where curiosity, creativity, and meaningful connections can thrive.
