My journey in education has been a fulfilling experience of learning, growing, and evolving alongside young learners. With more than 15 years of experience in education, I have had the opportunity to work with children across different age groups and support them in their academic and personal growth.

I have been associated with 21K School for the past 5 years, where my journey began as a Primary Facilitator. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to take on the role of a Homeroom Teacher (HRT) and work closely with young learners, understanding their individual needs, interests, strengths, and learning styles.

My experience has taught me that every learner is unique and learns in their own way. As a facilitator, I strive to create a safe, joyful, and engaging learning environment where learners feel comfortable expressing themselves, asking questions, making mistakes, and discovering new things.

I am also a Certified Phonic Educator, and I particularly enjoy supporting young learners in developing their phonics, reading, and writing skills. I believe that building strong foundational literacy skills at an early age can help children become confident and enthusiastic readers.

As an HRT, my role goes beyond academics. I enjoy building meaningful relationships with learners and helping them develop confidence, independence, curiosity, empathy, and a love for learning. Every day brings a new opportunity to learn from my learners, reflect on my practice, and become a better facilitator.

For me, teaching is not just about teaching a lesson—it is about creating experiences that learners remember and carrying forward the joy of learning.

I teach because I believe that a facilitator can make a small difference in a child’s day, and sometimes that small difference can become a lifelong love for learning.
