I am an experienced IGCSE Mathematics Facilitator with over 13 years of experience in education and a passion for making Mathematics meaningful, engaging and relevant. My teaching journey has been guided by the belief that Mathematics is not just about finding answers, but about developing the confidence to think critically, solve problems and approach challenges with curiosity.

I strive to create learner-centred classrooms where students are encouraged to question, explore different strategies, make connections and learn from their mistakes. Through purposeful and differentiated learning experiences, I aim to nurture independent mathematical thinkers who can apply their understanding beyond the classroom. I continuously reflect on and develop my practice to create engaging learning experiences that inspire learners to see Mathematics as a subject of discovery, reasoning and possibility.

I teach because I love turning “I can’t” into “Let me try.” Over the years, I have discovered that the most powerful lessons often begin with a question, a mistake or a moment of curiosity. As a Mathematics facilitator, my greatest reward is watching learners move beyond finding answers to discovering how they think, persevere and believe in themselves. If I can leave a learner more curious, more confident and a little less afraid of challenges, I know I have made a difference.
