Sheenam Dhingra Bahl

I am an Academic Training Coordinator with the Training & Development team at 21K School, bringing nearly a decade of experience in education across both offline and online learning environments.

With a strong interest in professional learning and educational innovation, I work closely with facilitators, coordinators, school leaders, and academic teams to design and coordinate training programmes, induction and onboarding, feedback and needs-analysis processes, classroom observations, learning reviews, and academic development initiatives.

I am a certified yoga instructor and a gold medallist in Yoga. I also hold a B.Ed. degree in Education, for which I was a gold medallist. My personal and professional journey has taken me across almost 12 states in India, which has deepened my appreciation for diverse cultures, perspectives, and ways of learning.

Beyond education and training, I enjoy writing poetry, swimming, yoga, travelling, and exploring different cultures. I consider myself a lifelong learner and believe in staying curious, embracing new experiences, and continuously learning, unlearning, and growing.

I teach because I believe education has the power to shape not just what a learner knows, but who they become. For me, teaching is about creating moments of curiosity, confidence, and discovery, helping learners see possibilities in themselves that they may not have seen before.
