With over two decades of leadership experience across India and the United States, I specialise in building and leading high-performing educational ecosystems across physical, hybrid, and fully virtual Cambridge/IB-aligned environments. My work focuses on aligning curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, and operational systems to ensure measurable learning outcomes, quality assurance, and scalable academic excellence.
Global education indicators consistently highlight a shift from rote knowledge to applied, analytical, and problem-solving competencies. In alignment with this shift, I prioritise the development of higher-order thinking skills—critical reasoning, creativity, collaboration, and the ability to transfer learning to unfamiliar contexts. These capabilities are increasingly recognised as essential for learner success in rapidly evolving, technology-driven environments.
Research and global frameworks, including international student assessments and future-of-work studies, reinforce the importance of preparing learners who are not only academically proficient but also capable of navigating complexity, interpreting information critically, and making informed decisions in a digital world. This includes strengthening learners’ capacity for analytical thinking, adaptability, and ethical engagement with technology and AI.
Having served as School Principal, Vice Principal, and Head of Quality Management Systems (QMS), I have led institutional growth, academic transformation, and system-level improvement across diverse educational contexts. My focus has consistently been on building coherent, data-informed school systems where instructional quality, learner engagement, and operational efficiency are tightly aligned.
At The British School @ 21K School, I lead a global virtual Cambridge learning ecosystem designed around flexibility, personalisation, and learner agency. The emphasis is on building structured yet adaptive systems where learners take ownership of their learning journey, supported by strong instructional design and consistent academic standards.
I also work closely with academic teams to strengthen instructional practice, embed reflective teaching, and ensure that schools operate with clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement as core principles.
