Naaz Hafiz

Naaz Hafiz is an experienced English educator, academic leader, and debate and public-speaking mentor with over 18 years of experience in education. She has served as a Head of the English Department and Academic Coordinator and has taught across Cambridge IGCSE, AS & A Levels, IBDP, CBSE, and ESL programmes.

A passionate Cambridge English educator, Naaz is also a resource person for teacher-training workshops and has extensive experience in curriculum development, academic quality management, student mentoring, public speaking, and debate coaching. She is particularly passionate about empowering learners through critical thinking, communication, creativity, and personalised learning.

Her educational journey has been shaped by a strong belief that teaching goes beyond the classroom—it is about equipping young people with the confidence, wisdom, and skills to navigate life.

I once thought my path was leading me towards the civil services, but when that journey took an unexpected turn, I found myself in a classroom. What began as a diversion became a calling—the joy of seeing a hesitant student find their voice, gain confidence, or suddenly understand something made me realise that teaching was where I was meant to be.
