With 13+ years of experience in education, I have grown from a passionate Biology educator into a Senior Facilitator, curriculum designer, and academic leader committed to creating meaningful and future-ready learning experiences. My journey spans ICSE, ISC, Cambridge IGCSE and international curricula, along with experience in online education, teacher training, mentoring, and academic programme development. With an M.Sc. and M.Ed. in Educational Leadership, I have developed expertise in curriculum design, learning pathway development, skill-gap identification, data-informed decision-making, and learner engagement. I have facilitated 500+ learning and professional development sessions across academics, AI, coding, onboarding, and teacher development, while also mentoring educators and learners through initiatives such as the TED-Ed Student Talks Program. As an Agilist, Certified Habits of Mind practitioner, Generative AI expert, and data analyst, I enjoy integrating technology, inquiry, collaboration, and reflective practices into learning. My leadership scope extends to coordinating academic initiatives, supporting cross-functional teams, mentoring facilitators, designing programmes, and driving innovation-focused projects that connect learning with real-world application.

I don’t teach simply to complete a syllabus—I teach to spark curiosity, build confidence, and help learners discover what they are capable of. Over 13+ years in education, my journey has evolved from a Biology educator across ICSE, ISC and Cambridge curricula into a Senior Facilitator, curriculum designer and academic leader. I have facilitated 500+ academic and professional learning sessions, designed learning pathways and programmes, mentored educators, and led cross-functional initiatives across academics, technology and learning development. My leadership milestones include coordinating academic initiatives, serving as a SPOC for learner innovation and STEM programmes, mentoring the TED-Ed Student Talks Program, supporting teacher capacity-building, and contributing to AI-integrated learning programmes. My M.Ed. in Educational Leadership has strengthened my ability to connect pedagogy with strategy, collaboration and organizational growth. Today, I bring together education, data, agile practices and Generative AI to design learning that is purposeful, innovative and future-ready. For me, leadership is not about a designation—it is about creating direction, empowering people, building collaboration and turning ideas into meaningful outcomes. And the most rewarding milestone will always be seeing someone move from “I can’t” to “Let me try.”
