I have been working in the Special Education field for over a decade .I have taught diverse groups of students with ADD/ADHD, autism, Learning disabilities, Intellectual Disability. Have extensive experience working in IGCSE and IB curriculum school. I have always emphasized on Inclusive education, differentiated instruction and Integration. Patience, compassion and perseverance being my strongest traits have always helped me to put my best efforts and achieve satisfaction in this field. My Mother being a Social worker who has extensively worked for children with Special Needs has always been my inspiration and guiding source. I have extensively worked in an International curriculum setup as it emphasizes and understands that it is increasingly crucial to embrace the diversity and differences that make each individual unique. I have played a crucial role in formulating the Inclusion policy for my school. I work closely with each student, providing the individualized support and praise they require. I have always worked along with the teachers towards our goal of mainstreaming each and every student with unique needs providing access and removing the barriers. I also make sure to stay connected with family members and any specialists involved, to encourage the success of each student, both in and outside of the classroom
