My teaching journey has been a fulfilling experience of learning, professional growth, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners. With over 7 years of experience in the education field, I have had the opportunity to teach learners across different age groups and diverse learning environments. I have experience working with multiple curricula, including CBSE, ICSE, and IGCSE, which has helped me develop a flexible and well-rounded approach to teaching. I am also CTET Paper I and Paper II qualified, reflecting my commitment to professional excellence and effective teaching practices.

My academic background in Electronics and Communication Engineering, complemented by a B.Ed., has enabled me to combine strong subject knowledge with effective pedagogy. Over the years, I have explored various facets of education, including online teaching, public speaking, creative writing, and academic facilitation. These experiences have strengthened my understanding that every learner is unique and that effective teaching goes beyond simply delivering content.

As a Science Facilitator, I particularly enjoy creating learner-centred and engaging classrooms through activity-based learning, experiments, Visible Thinking Routines, quizzes, discussions, and real-life applications. I believe in encouraging learners to observe, question, investigate, think critically, and connect classroom concepts with the world around them. I strive to create an environment where learners feel comfortable expressing their ideas, asking questions, making mistakes, and learning through exploration.

For me, teaching is not just about completing a curriculum; it is about nurturing curiosity, confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love for learning. One of the most rewarding aspects of my journey is witnessing a learner progress from “I don’t know” to “Let me try,” and ultimately to “I figured it out!” I continuously seek opportunities to grow as an educator and create meaningful learning experiences that empower every child to discover and reach their potential.

I teach because I believe every child has the potential to learn, grow, and shine when given the right guidance and encouragement. The most rewarding moments are when a learner moves from “I can’t do it” to “I figured it out!” I love creating engaging, interactive learning experiences that spark curiosity, build confidence, and make learning meaningful. For me, teaching is not just about sharing knowledge—it is about inspiring young minds to explore, question, and believe in themselves.
