Every day, I log in with the same passion and energy, ready to dive into the vibrant virtual halls of 21K School, India’s first online school. With over a decade of experience in education, I’ve had the privilege of blending innovation with tradition as I teach Business Studies, Economics, and Law. Though Law is rooted in British jurisprudence, exploring its nuances has been an exciting and fulfilling addition to my teaching journey. Teaching & Student Engagement Conduct video interactions with all prospective students (Grade 9–A Level), orienting them about the syllabus, subject expectations, and the learning culture. Mentored 21K School’s first graduating batch, where my students achieved the highest number of A and A grades in Business Studies*. Believe in making learning practical and fun—organizing Shark Tank-style events, tech-integrated lessons, and interactive activities that bring concepts alive. Leadership & Training Subject Group Lead (Creative Professionals): Mentor teachers across ICT, Business Studies, Art & Design, and Accounting. Accredited Cambridge International Trainer: Nurtured educators across platforms with a focus on innovative pedagogy. Part of the 5-member HP Project Zero team (2024–25), which oriented the entire school’s facilitators on high-leverage teaching practices. Conducted a comprehensive session on Plenaries in Education for the entire faculty. Led a schoolwide workshop on AI in Education for 250 teachers. Regularly participate in Cambridge India Trainers’ Meets to sharpen teaching and training tools.
