Alisha Begum Shaik

Alisha Begum Shaik is a passionate and dedicated educator with a B.A. B.Ed. and several years of teaching experience across both offline and online learning environments. Her teaching journey began with T.I.M.S. (Taqwa Islamic Maktab & School), followed by her experience with Dar-Ul-Madinah Islamic School, where she taught both in a traditional classroom and online setting. She later worked with T.G.I.S. (The Guardian International School), further strengthening her experience in school education. Throughout her journey, she has remained committed to creating engaging, meaningful, and learner-friendly experiences for children. She believes in nurturing curiosity, encouraging participation, and helping learners develop confidence and essential life skills alongside academic knowledge. Her enthusiasm, dedication, focus, and goal-oriented approach continue to inspire her teaching practice.

I teach because I believe every child has the potential to shine when given the right encouragement and opportunity. Over the years, teaching has taught me that education is not just about completing lessons or achieving grades—it is about inspiring curiosity, building confidence, and helping children discover what they are capable of. The joy I feel when a learner understands something for the first time, gains confidence, or proudly shares an idea reminds me why I chose this profession. For me, being a teacher is not just a career; it is an opportunity to make a positive difference in a child’s learning journey, one small step at a time.
