About Me – Khushboo Guria

I am Khushboo Guria, a passionate Class Facilitator and Social Science Facilitator at 21K School. I believe that education is not just about acquiring knowledge but also about nurturing curiosity, creativity, confidence, and a lifelong love for learning.

I strive to create engaging, inclusive, and learner-centred experiences where every learner feels valued, heard, and encouraged to participate. Through interactive activities, discussions, real-world connections, and innovative teaching strategies, I aim to make Social Science meaningful and enjoyable.

I am committed to empowering learners to think critically, ask thoughtful questions, understand the world around them, and become responsible global citizens. I continuously seek opportunities to learn, grow, and refine my practices so that I can make a positive difference in the lives of my learners.

My belief: “Every learner has the potential to shine when given the right guidance, opportunities, and encouragement.”My Teaching Journey – 12 Years of Learning, Growth, and Inspiration

With 12 years of experience in education, my journey as an educator has been filled with learning, growth, meaningful connections, and countless opportunities to shape young minds. Over the years, I have had the privilege of teaching learners from diverse age groups and academic backgrounds, which has helped me develop a deeper understanding of education and the different ways in which learners learn and grow.

My professional journey began in higher education, where I had the opportunity to teach BBA and MBA learners as an Assistant Professor and Lecturer at Uttarakhand Technical University and Kumaun University. I also served as a BBA Coordinator at Kumaun University, taking on responsibilities that strengthened my leadership, academic planning, coordination, and mentoring skills. These experiences helped me understand the importance of creating a supportive learning environment while encouraging learners to develop strong conceptual knowledge, analytical abilities, and confidence.

Alongside teaching management learners, I also had the opportunity to teach Economics and Social Science to learners from Grades 9 to 12. This experience allowed me to explore different teaching approaches, simplify complex concepts, and connect classroom learning with real-world situations. It further strengthened my passion for making learning engaging, relevant, and meaningful.

My Journey with 21K School

Since 4 April 2022, I have been a proud member of the 21K School family. Joining 21K School marked an important milestone in my teaching journey and introduced me to a dynamic, innovative, and learner-centred approach to education.

As a Class Facilitator and Social Science Facilitator, I strive to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment where every learner feels valued, supported, and encouraged to express themselves. I believe that education goes beyond textbooks and examinations—it is about developing curiosity, critical thinking, communication skills, creativity, and the confidence to understand and contribute to the world around us.

My experience at 21K School has encouraged me to embrace innovative teaching strategies, technology-enabled learning, interactive activities, and real-world connections. It has also helped me appreciate the importance of understanding each learner's unique strengths, learning preferences, and individual needs.

Over the years, I have learned that teaching is a two-way journey. While I guide learners, they continuously inspire me to learn, reflect, adapt, and grow. Every classroom interaction, every achievement, and every challenge has contributed to my development as an educator.

As I look back on my 12-year journey, I feel grateful for the experiences, opportunities, colleagues, and learners who have been part of this incredible path. From teaching higher education learners to nurturing young minds at 21K School, every chapter has enriched my understanding of education and strengthened my commitment to the teaching profession.

I look forward to continuing this journey with enthusiasm, embracing new challenges, exploring innovative possibilities, and inspiring learners to become confident, compassionate, responsible, and lifelong learners.
