Mani Sharma

Mani Sharma is a passionate Mathematics educator with over 8 years of experience across school education, academic coordination, and EdTech. She currently works as a Content Creator & Facilitator at 21K School, where she combines her classroom experience with curriculum and content development to create meaningful learning experiences for students. She believes that Mathematics is not just about numbers and formulas, but about developing curiosity, logical thinking, problem-solving, and confidence. Her approach focuses on creating a supportive learning environment where learners feel comfortable asking questions, exploring ideas, and learning from mistakes.

One of the things I love most about teaching is seeing the moment when a learner suddenly says, “Oh, now I understand!” That moment reminds me why I chose this profession.

Over the years, I have learned that teaching is not simply about explaining a concept—it is about understanding how each learner thinks and finding different ways to help them connect with the idea. I teach because I enjoy being part of that journey: helping learners move from confusion to clarity, from hesitation to confidence, and from finding the answer to understanding the “why” behind it.
