As a passionate facilitator, I have had the privilege of working with learners from Pre-Primary to Grade 2 over my 14+ years in education. This beautiful journey has taught me the importance of patience, empathy, flexibility, and understanding every learner as an individual. Working with learners with diverse learning needs has further strengthened my belief in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment. I believe every child is unique, with their own pace, strengths, interests, and way of expressing themselves. As a facilitator, my aim is to make learning joyful, engaging, and meaningful while encouraging every learner to participate with confidence. I believe children may learn in different ways, but they all respond to the universal language of love, encouragement, appreciation, and kindness. I strive to build strong connections with my learners and celebrate every small step of their growth. For me, facilitation is not just about teaching concepts, but about nurturing curiosity, confidence, independence, and a love for learning. The love I receive from my learners continues to inspire me and makes my journey in education truly rewarding.

I teach because I believe every learner has the potential to grow, learn, and shine in their own unique way. I love creating joyful learning experiences, encouraging curiosity, and helping learners become confident and independent. Their little discoveries, smiles, and achievements inspire me to keep learning and growing as a facilitator.
