Saranya Jaganathanan

With 12 years of teaching experience spanning CBSE, Cambridge, and Montessori (middle school) curricula, I bring a rich, cross-framework perspective to English language education. Today, I serve as an English Mastery Facilitator and English Facilitator at 21K School, and 21K - global school, where I currently work as curriculum developer for Mastery English. In this role, I design differentiated English curriculum for elementary learners in Grades 1–2 (ages 6–8) — ensuring every child is met at their own level of readiness. My years across diverse educational systems have shaped my belief that effective language learning must be flexible, developmentally attuned, and genuinely engaging, and I bring that philosophy into every unit I build alongside my colleagues on the English Department team.

I became a teacher for my own child — wanting to understand him better led me to understand children better. We grew up learning together, and that journey shaped how I teach today: not just passing on knowledge, but growing alongside every child in front of me.
