About Arpita
An Early Years and Grade 1 educator and coordinator with 10 years of experience in education. Passionate about creating joyful, inquiry-led learning experiences that nurture curiosity, confidence and independence in young learners.
With 10 years of experience in education, I have worked extensively across the Early Years and Lower Primary stages, with a strong focus on the Cambridge and British curriculum. As an Early Years and Grade 1 Coordinator at 21K School, I support curriculum planning, pedagogical practices, learner development and facilitator growth. My approach to education is rooted in inquiry, experiential learning and the development of essential skills alongside academic learning. I particularly enjoy creating engaging learning experiences that encourage young learners to explore, question, communicate and become independent thinkers. My professional interests include Montessori education, STEM, Learning Dimensions and the use of innovative digital tools to enhance learning.
I believe the early years are where a lifelong relationship with learning begins. What inspires me to teach is the opportunity to see a learner move from curiosity to confidence—from asking a simple question to discovering an answer independently. Over the years, I have learned that meaningful learning happens when children are given the space to explore, make mistakes, express their ideas and feel heard. I teach because I want to create those moments of discovery and help every learner believe, “I can do this.”
