Kalpana Jha

With nearly 20 years of experience in education, I have worked across teaching, academic coordination, student guidance and counselling. My professional journey has included teaching Grades 6–12 in diverse subject areas, including English, Science, Biology and Chemistry, along with responsibilities as a TGT and Coordinator. I hold postgraduate qualifications in English and Botany, along with a B.Ed. and a Postgraduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling. I believe in creating inclusive and engaging learning environments where students are encouraged to think independently, communicate confidently and develop the skills and mindset needed to thrive beyond the classroom.

For me, teaching has always been more than delivering lessons—it is about influencing lives. Over the years, I have had the privilege of watching learners grow from hesitant students into confident individuals who discover their strengths, overcome challenges and pursue their aspirations. Every learner brings a different story, and that belief continues to inspire me to make my classroom a space where students feel heard, valued and encouraged to become the best versions of themselves.
