More kindness, respect, love and compassion in the world need empathy; which makes people more aware of the environment and other cultures of the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Empathy is when kids feel what they see in someone else&#8217;s mind and thoughts<\/strong>. And that enables them to get sympathy too.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Board_Games\"><\/span>5. Board Games<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Board games are also empathy friendly &#8211; students work in teams. <strong>This teaches teamwork, communication and respect for other people&#8217;s feelings.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Such a thing would let people learn how to work together, how to see things from another person&#8217;s perspective and so on in an enjoyable and interactive way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_Journaling\"><\/span>6. Journaling<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Students can keep diaries of what happened <\/strong>that day, what emotions they experienced, and what interactions occurred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>By relating personal feelings to others, reflective journaling increases self-awareness and empathy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Learn about <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.21kschool.com\/ua\/blog\/self-awareness-activities-for-students\/\">self awareness activities for students<\/a>\r\n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"7_Talk_Nice\"><\/span>7. Helping Others<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Students should help their teachers and relatives and friends with jobs done or at least get out of a bad situation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Helping someone makes other students responsible, caring and close to the feelings of others makes them more empathetic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"10_Respect_Elders\"><\/span>10. Respect Elders<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Teaching students to respect elders will make them more thoughtful and polite. <strong>Students ought to hear the elders<\/strong>, have faith in them and be surprised by what they find out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So that <strong>helps the student to be patient with the variety of opinions <\/strong>and to respect that variety of opinions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"11_Kindness_to_Animals\"><\/span>11. Kindness to Animals<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Empathy teaches kids how to be gentle with animals.<\/strong> Raising a child to be animal loving is fun because it makes the child feel more compassionate towards other children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So kids can like all beings of all kinds and respect them regardless of differences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"12_Plantation_Activities\"><\/span>12. Plantation Activities<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Teachers take their students and they can do the activity on the ground<\/strong> and they can plant a garden or some plants and they can be cared for too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Planting trees in active ways teaches children about nature and responsibility too<\/strong>. Role Playing<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Role-playing activities have students play a character in different situations.<\/strong> They get to experience that feeling of being in the other person&#8217;s place and seeing things from both sides at the same time. So they can learn empathy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ending_note\"><\/span>Ending note<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Students should learn empathy and compassion.<\/strong> It will make them more empathic, they will give others what they deserve, and they will be known emotionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They also learn how to read other peoples&#8217; emotions and they can model how they feel by painting a picture, telling a story, role playing and volunteering in the community. &#8220;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>That kind of work develops their <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.21kschool.com\/ua\/blog\/social-skills\/\"><strong>social skills<\/strong><\/a>\r\n, emotional\/<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.21kschool.com\/ua\/blog\/10-basic-life-skills-not-taught-in-schools\/#2_Interpersonal_Skills\"><strong>interpersonal skills<\/strong><\/a>\r\n as well as their ability to be neighbours to other practitioners.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Did you ever consider how important empathy is to a child?
