1. Foundational Stage (5 Years)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Children of 3 to 8 years<\/strong> are included in this category and have to complete their preschool,  Grade 1 and 2 education in the foundational stage<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is further strengthened by initiatives like the NIPUN Bharat Mission<\/strong><\/a>. It aims to ensure that every child achieves foundational literacy and numeracy<\/strong><\/a>\r\n by Grade 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This stage is based on activity or can be said to be a play-based learning<\/strong>, where numeracy and basic literacy is prime focus<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
