These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Parent Hub, mobile application, LMS (collectively, "Platform"), and related services such as parent-school communication, academic performance management, fee payment (collectively, "Services").
These Terms set out the terms and conditions for use of the Services, any features, functionality, products, services, media, applications, or solutions offered on or through our Platform or our Services or through any other modes or medium. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please review the Terms carefully as they represent a legally enforceable contract between us. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
You agree and acknowledge that we reserve the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of our Services, products, features, or any aspect of our Platform, including but not limited to user-generated content (as permitted or required under applicable law), its availability, or the supported devices required to access such Services.
As a learner, in order to use our Services, you must be enrolled as a 21K Learner and have an account with us. You must be at least 18 to register an account and use our Services. By using the Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you are under 18 ("minor child"), you require a parent's/legal guardian's permission to access our Services. If you are a parent/legal guardian of a minor child accessing our Services, you are required to consent to these Terms, and are bound by these Terms thereby.
21K School reserves the right to suspend or terminate your enrolment, subscription, or access to the Platform if it is determined that you do not satisfy the required age criteria, or that appropriate parental or guardian consent for registration and use of the Platform has not been duly obtained. You acknowledge that 21K School is not obligated to verify compliance with these age or consent requirements, and it remains your (or your parent's/guardian's) sole responsibility to ensure that all such eligibility and consent conditions are met prior to accessing or using the Platform.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information to register an account to access our Services. You agree to update your information as and when there is a change in the same. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

During the use of our Platform or Services, you may be required to disclose certain information, which may be classified as Personally Identifiable Information or Sensitive Personal Information. We may collect, store, or process such information to provide quality services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.
You agree that you will have access to our Platform and Services only if you are a valid learner at 21K School, enrolled in our school or have completed the due registration process on the Platform. After successful completion of learner registration process and payment of due fees, you will be able to log in to the Platform and have seamless access to our Services. We do not charge any subscription fees. All enrolled students, and their respective parents/guardians having valid account in our Platform will gain access to our Services.

Our Platform and all its components—including the website, mobile applications (present or future), APIs, databases, software, design elements, educational content created by 21K School employees or partners, logos, and trademarks, including all materials on the Platform, including text, graphics, software, videos—are the sole and exclusive property of 21K School and its licensors. These materials are protected under intellectual property, copyright, and trademark laws.
You may not copy, alter, reproduce, decompile, distribute, or use any part of the Platform or Services without prior written consent from 21K School. Nothing in these Terms authorizes you to use the 21K School name, marks, or other proprietary identifiers in any manner.
By agreeing to these Terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to access and use our Platform and Services for personal, private, and non-commercial learning purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.
All comments, posts, or questions shared by parents/guardians in discussion forums, feedback, testimonials, or suggestions submitted through the Platform, documents or images uploaded for assignments, activities, or school interactions, chat messages, Q&A responses, posts, polls, or comments shared by learners or parents/guardians in class groups or discussion boards constitute "User-Generated Content".
You retain ownership of User-Generated Content you share on our Platform. However, by posting or uploading such content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and use it for educational, operational, or promotional purposes in connection with the Platform.

Your conduct on the Platform must at all times comply with these Terms and applicable laws. Harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behaviour toward any student, parent, teacher, or staff member is strictly prohibited. 21K School may suspend or terminate your access immediately and take legal action, if necessary, upon discovering such conduct.
21K School does not endorse or take responsibility for any User-Generated Content shared by users and reserves the right to remove any material that violates these Terms or infringes intellectual property rights, without prior notice.
You must not record, reproduce, distribute, or share any live class, session, or content available on the Platform except where expressly permitted by 21K School. Any unauthorized recording or sharing may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
The 21K School Platform and its Services, including all learning materials and features, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee specific academic results or outcomes. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted access and high-quality learning experiences, there may be times when the Platform or certain Services are temporarily unavailable. 21K School, its affiliates, partners, or service providers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from temporary unavailability or suspension of the Platform, errors or inaccuracies in user-generated content, or interruptions in content or services, unauthorized access, data loss, or security breaches; or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or power outages, or governmental actions. 21K School makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, accuracy, security, or suitability of the Platform or its content. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue certain features or parts of the Platform at any time without prior notice. 21K School shall not be held responsible for any resulting loss or damages.
Third-Party Services: Our Platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Refer to their independent terms and privacy policies.
Assignment & Transfer: You cannot transfer or assign your account or any rights and obligations under these Terms to anyone else. We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to another entity if required, without needing your consent. These Terms apply only to you and do not give any rights or benefits to any third party.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, 21K School and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Under no circumstances will 21K School's liability exceed INR 1,000 or, for enrolled students, the total amount of fees you have paid for your enrolment in any program offered by us.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 21K School, our directors, employees, affiliates, partners, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your:
Severability & Waiver: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between us regarding your access to and use of the Platform and Services, and supersede any prior understandings, communications, or agreements, whether written or oral, on the same subject matter.
21K School reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform and Services at any time, whether due to a violation of these Terms, non-compliance with applicable laws, or for any conduct deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the learner community.
In addition, if a learner discontinues, withdraws, or is removed from 21K School for any reason, access to the Services will be terminated accordingly. Upon termination, your right to use or access the Services shall cease immediately.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect legal or operational changes. The "Effective Date" at the top will indicate the latest revision and the revised Terms shall be effective from the date it is posted. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Irrespective of your geographical location, by accessing or using our Platform and Services, you are contracting with 21K School Education Private Limited (formerly known as Mindreflex Technologies Private Limited), having its registered office in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
All disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform or Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
However, with respect to the application of data protection and privacy laws, the laws of the country where the user is located may also apply, to the extent that such laws have extraterritorial effect or are mandatorily applicable under the host country's legal framework.
