Dr. Nancy Kumari is an education professional and academic leader with over 13 years of experience spanning teaching, curriculum development, academic operations, curriculum implementation, and quality audits.
Her teaching journey began as a Lecturer in the B.Com (Vocational) Department at St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi, where she taught subjects including Retail Management, International Marketing, and Organisational Behaviour, while also contributing to assessment, student counselling, industrial visits, and placements.
She later moved into school education, working with VIBGYOR Group of Schools, where she taught secondary Science through hands-on learning and took on responsibilities in curriculum audits, teacher evaluation, curriculum workshops, resource planning, and academic team development.
