About Jasmeen
Counselling Psychologist & Psychology Educator with 7+ years of experience in mental health, counselling, and education. I combine evidence-based psychological practice with an engaging, human-centred approach to make psychology practical and relatable.
My work spans individual and couple counselling, student mentorship, career guidance, and psychology education.
I began my professional journey in 2018, primarily working as a school counselor, where I supported students’ emotional well-being, academic development, and personal growth. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in addressing a wide range of student needs through counseling and guidance. For the past four years, I have been working as a PGT Psychology at 21K School, teaching Psychology at the Senior Secondary level. In this role, I have been actively involved in delivering curriculum-aligned instruction, fostering critical thinking, and supporting students in understanding psychological concepts in both academic and real-life contexts.
I teach because I want to inspire young minds.
