A passionate and dynamic Middle School Science Facilitator with 21 years of experience, I find immense joy in inspiring young minds and nurturing a genuine love for learning. I thrive on creating engaging, inquiry-driven learning experiences that encourage learners to question, explore, think critically, and connect science to the world around them. I truly love what I do and see teaching as a continuous journey of learning, reflection, and growth, constantly seeking opportunities to enhance my practice, explore innovative pedagogies, and grow both professionally and personally. With a strong flair for public speaking and dramatics, I bring creativity, energy, and storytelling into the learning space, making scientific concepts meaningful, accessible, and memorable. My approach is learner-centric and rooted in curiosity, empathy, creativity, and collaboration, with a focus not only on building strong scientific understanding but also on nurturing confident, independent, and lifelong learners. For me, the true joy of being a facilitator lies in learning alongside my learners, celebrating their questions and ideas, and continually evolving to make every learning experience more purposeful, engaging, and impactful.

What I love most about being a Middle School Science Facilitator is witnessing those beautiful “lightbulb moments” when a concept suddenly clicks and learners light up with excitement. Whether they are discovering how an ecosystem works, being amazed by a simple experiment, or asking a question that opens up a whole new line of thinking, every moment feels special. Even in an online learning space, I cherish the connections I build with my learners, the curiosity we spark together, and the sense of adventure we bring to learning. It is truly fulfilling to guide them as they explore and make sense of the world around them, while their questions, ideas, and perspectives constantly inspire me to learn, reflect, and grow as an individual too.
