With over 20 years of experience in education, I have had the opportunity to teach across IB, IGCSE and CBSE pathways. Currently, I work as a Language Facilitator at 21K School, where I focus on creating engaging, learner-centred and inclusive learning experiences. My teaching approach is inspired by lifelong learning, learner voice and choice, Visible Thinking Routines, ATL skills and technology-enhanced learning. I enjoy supporting diverse learners through differentiation, meaningful assessments and positive communication with students, parents and colleagues. My journey as an educator continues to evolve as I learn, reflect and explore new ways to make learning purposeful and joyful.

My 20 years teaching journey spans a mosaic of cities—from Ahmedabad, Nashik, and Kolhapur to Pune—and diverse curricula including CBSE, IGCSE, and IB. Each shift taught me that education isn't a rigid script, but an evolving practice of understanding young minds. Transitioning to online teaching with 21K School gave me the freedom to blend structure with soul and meet learners where they are. I teach because of moments like watching learners like once-hesitant but slowly step out of the shadows to lead discussions with confidence. Education isn't about filling minds; it’s about unlocking hearts, and I teach to light paths so every learner feels seen, heard, and empowered to chart their own journey.
