Shilpa Sharma

Shilpa Sharma is a seasoned pre-primary educator based in Delhi, bringing more than 14 years of expertise to early childhood education. After years of refining her practice in traditional classrooms, she transitioned to digital learning in 2020 as a early years facilitator at 21K School. Driven by the core belief that education should adapt to the child—rather than forcing the child into a fixed mold—she excels at personalizing instruction to suit individual learning styles and growth paces.

Her virtual classrooms are designed to be dynamic, engaging, and learner-centered, seamlessly integrating interactive digital tools, and visual media to keep young minds actively involved. Shilpa holds formal certifications in Early Childhood Care and Education (E.C.C.E.), Montessori pedagogy, Jolly Phonics, and Habits of Mind. By pairing these structured educational methodologies with deep personal empathy, she nurtures essential academic skills alongside critical thinking, resilience, and creativity, guiding every child to thrive with confidence.
