He has facilitated the establishment and management of over 75 educational institutions in India, including tribal and naxal affected areas. Yeshwanth has completed MBA in Education Management from the University of Southampton, UK and is recognised widely as a leader in the sector. He was honoured with the UK Global Alumni Awards (finalist) in 2022.

With over 30 years of educational experience, Dr. Senthil launched the groundbreaking Learners Confluence in India, a program aimed at fostering peer learning and knowledge sharing among teachers. Formerly the Principal Counsellor at CII Institute of Quality, he facilitated educational excellence initiatives nationally and internationally. He is an authority in various excellence frameworks i.e. EFQM, MBNQA, DSIB-KHDA, QCI-NABET, QMS, NBA, NAAC & CII Education Excellence Framework.
Director of 21K Learning
Jaideep is an Associate Member of ICAI and has more than 24 years of post-qualification experience in audits across various industry sectors and performing equity listing engagements (IPO/QIP), special agreed upon procedures and other transaction related due diligence services for large Indian and multinational companies. He is actively involved in various quality initiatives, covering engagement files reviews for compliance with professional standards, consultation to engagement teams with regard to sufficiency of planned audit procedures to address specific risks and proposed audit report modifications and the basis for such conclusion. He also has more than 20 years experience in conducting technical and soft skill training for professionals.

Ms. Aruna Shetty, currently serving as the Head of School, boasts over 20+ years of diverse experience across international educational boards, including International Baccalaureate, Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE), American curriculum, and Indian Boards such as NIOS. Ms. Shetty advocates for an inclusive educational environment and her overarching vision is to facilitate a transformative learning experience for her students, equipping them to make a positive impact on the world around them.
