With over 8 years of experience in teaching and training, I have had the opportunity to work with learners and create learning experiences that go beyond textbooks and traditional classroom methods. As a Mathematics educator, I believe that every learner can understand and enjoy Mathematics when concepts are made meaningful, relatable, and interactive. My teaching approach combines hands-on activities, multisensory experiences, real-world connections, and reflection to encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and independent learning. I enjoy creating a classroom environment where learners feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and learning from challenges. Being multilingual, with fluency in English, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu, also helps me connect with learners from diverse backgrounds and foster an inclusive learning environment. My qualifications in B.E., MBA, and B.Ed. have further shaped my understanding of both education and learner development

What inspires me most is seeing the moment when a learner moves from “I can’t do this” to “I understand it!” I have always enjoyed making Mathematics less intimidating and helping learners discover that there is often more than one way to look at a problem. For me, teaching is not just about completing a syllabus; it is about building confidence, curiosity, and the courage to keep trying. Every time a learner begins to believe in their own ability, I am reminded of why I chose to teach.
