It also uses a system based on NIOS for exit-level assessments in Grades 10 and 12, where mark sheets and Pass Certificates are issued by NIOS, an autonomous body under the Government of India. These certificates are at par with CBSE or CISCE Certificates and valid for entry to colleges and universities, including IIT, Medical Colleges and UPSC.
Parents are advised to check the country-specific guidelines and requirements for each programme, whether it meets their particular purpose, and to speak to our Admission Advisors.
Yes, we provide the mark sheets and transfer certificate at the end of the year up to Grade 8 as Secondary and Senior Secondary certifications are issued by respective Boards/Examination Bodies. Mark Sheets (hard copies) and Transfer Certificates (soft copies) are issued only at the end of the academic year on completion of at least two terms and not in the middle of the academic year. Additionally, parents are required to submit a no-dues certificate from School Office along with its request for TC and Mark Sheets.
K-12 schools are generally referred to as K-12 Schools, where K stands for Kindergarten and 12 for Grade 12. The K-12 learning model at '21K' School is flipped to represent the flipped learning model.
K-12 schools are generally associated with the traditional learning model, where students receive lecture-based instruction from a teacher in a classroom setting. However, 21K School focuses on integrating knowledge and skills across disciplines rather than teaching information in a silo. This approach promotes 21st century skills such as critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration. In addition, it allows students to learn at their own pace and tailor their education to their individual needs. This allows them to get the most out of their time in the classroom and follow their passion. As a result, 21K students are better prepared for the real world and have a more well-rounded education.
Physical Schools are something that has been around for a long time, and it is only recently that we are starting to see a move away from it. None of our 7500+ students study in a physical school, and over 94% of these students have switched from physical schools to online schooling. Only 8% of the students were homeschooled before they enroled with 21K.
There are many things to consider when deciding whether or not to send your child to a physical school. Some students may thrive in a traditional learning environment, while others may prefer the flexibility and customisation that 21K School offers. Both options have merits and demerits, and it's essential to consider what is best for your child before making a decision. Some of the benefits of physical schools include social interaction with other students and the opportunity to learn hands-on. However, physical schools can be inflexible and expensive, hence may not be suitable for all students. 21K School offers an alternative that is more affordable and customisable, making it a better option for families. Whatever you decide, we hope that you choose what is best for your child.
There is no doubt that online schooling is fast becoming a mainstream schooling option. Over 94% of students enroled with 21K School have switched from physical school to our online learning platform. This is due to the many benefits that our platform offers in terms of learning outcomes and value for money. Today, most parents have chosen 21K School as their preferred choice of schooling for their children.
We also welcome students who require flexible and/or personalised learning. Some of our diverse learners include students with special needs, English language learners, and gifted and talented students. Our online platform allows us to customise the learning experience to meet the individual needs of each student. As a result, more and more students are choosing 21K School as their preferred choice of online schooling.
In today's fast-paced and increasingly digital world, it is more important than ever to design an educational system that can keep up. 21K School offers just that: a progressive and personalised learning experience that utilises the latest in LearnTech tools and techniques. Not only does this provide a more challenging and engaging learning environment, but it also allows for greater understanding and retention of information. Perhaps most importantly, data analytics and immediate feedback allow educators to track progress and target areas that need improvement. All of this comes at a fraction of the cost of regular education, making 21K School a more efficient and cost-effective option.
Our tired old education system is not fit for purpose in the 21st Century. It's time for something new. And that's where 21K school comes in. We offer a challenge to traditional schools, by providing an innovative and effective education at a fraction of the cost. When it comes to value, 21K School is in a league of its own.

Yes, it is an Indian Organization with a global mindset.

At 21K School, we believe in bringing world-class education to your world. We understand that not all children are raised alike and that not all learn the same way. That's why we believe in personalized, flexible education. When a child learns at his pace, he will ace it. Our purpose is to provide an education that empowers each individual to succeed in an ever-changing world. We accomplish this by instilling in our students the ability to think critically, solve problems creatively and work collaboratively. Our mission is to prepare our students for success in college and beyond. We do this by challenging them academically, nurturing their social and emotional growth, and inspiring them to become lifelong learners. You can learn more about our vision, mission and values by clicking here.
Yes, we would follow a system similar to a traditional school concerning promoting the students. There will be term-end assessments and summative assessments, which will be held twice in an academic year. Formative Assessments are ongoing assessments which are conducted during school hours. Assessments provide students with varied opportunities to showcase conceptual understanding and may be in the form of presentations, discussions, projects, quizzes etc. The focus is on evaluating the skills along with knowledge, for which students learn to apply knowledge and not rote learn. We strive to ensure that each child crosses the minimum learning threshold set for each unit in each subject.
21K school believes in celebrating life and the journey of learning. Hence, the focus is on celebrating learning. Students participate in festivals across the year, as we encourage participation over pitting students against each other. Intra and inter-house festivals are conducted throughout the year, which is curricular and co-curricular. Our students who perform well are awarded Star performer status over ranking and are presented with certificates at the end of the Academic year.
The simplest way to know is when students display ‘Action’. Action is when students are able to apply their learning in real-life situations. Action is when students exhibit the attributes that they develop during their journey of learning. Learning is when students can problem-solve or look for solutions independently. 21K school aims to prepare students to develop a critical stance with their work: inquiring, editing, thinking flexibly, and engaging in dialectical thought and meta-cognition. All this is possible with the technology tools we use at 21K. We use data analytics and artificial intelligence to monitor the progress of the student’s conceptual understanding.
Moreover, with the help of proprietary technology and systems, we close the learning loop feedback at the end of each unit. The students will build their knowledge and concepts of the next unit classes after the assessment and completion of the previous unit. Our systems ensure that parents do not have to wait for PTMs or Report Cards to know whether their child is learning or not.
21K School offers its students access to a digital library. Infobase creates and curates reliable educational resources and digital tools through cloud-based media and learning platforms to suit the needs of the learners. There are a range of stored videos, documents, video clips, links, podcasts, and blogs in one location for easy access. It offers educators the tools and content solutions they need to become more informed participants in their learning environments, classrooms, and society.
Physical sports require a certain level of physicality that cannot be replicated online. However, 21K School is collaborating with organisers who make it possible for students to participate in online sporting events, such as chess. Along with offering such exposure, we conduct online classes for yoga, meditation, mindfulness and well-being. Depending on the child's interest level, students and parents can enrol in sports clubs or training centres near their locality. With the flexibility of 21K, it would be easy for students to follow their passion and interest, be it sports, arts or cultural pursuits.
We offer more choice and voice to the students ensuring greater agency and better learning outcomes. 21K School offers a large number of capstone courses along with the usual subjects that are mandatory as part of the Curriculum you select. The compulsory subjects offered are usually Language, Mathematics, Social studies and Science. The capstone courses include Digital Media & Arts, Music & Rhythm, Physical Fitness & Mindfulness, Habits of Mind and Saturday Activities.
Students can study additional language (optional) in Grades 1 to 8 by selecting one of the 16 languages taught outside school hours. All students are also enroled on a complimentary and compulsory Summer School Programme in April/May each year, where they can attend workshops on advanced mathematics, Creativity, Photography, Multimedia, Poetry, Drama & Theatre, Public Speaking, Robotics, and much more. The electives will be offered depending on the student's grade and overall academic drive.
In secondary and Senior Secondary Levels, we also offer dual diploma options in all curriculums based on credit transfer framework.
21K is evolving every day, and you can expect more from us.
Remedial Sessions are the support extended to students to cope or challenge the achievement level of the class. These classes are offered to students who struggle with language issues, are unable to cope with the pace of the class, have difficulty owing to language barriers or are beyond the pace of the class. We have levels of academic scaffolding for students requiring remedials. Often these sessions are temporary and driven by the decision of the home room teacher and our own AI-driven learning platform.
Enrichment Classes is the support extended to students who need to be at par with the grade level. A number of students may lag owing to reasons varying from language barriers, late admissions, individual achievement level etc. This may vary on an individual and/or subject basis. Enrichment classes enable us to address these concerns with the help of facilitators who diagnose the need and recommend them. These sessions also support students who have extended learning beyond the grade level and need to be challenged.
At 21K school, we believe that experiential learning is an engaged learning process whereby students “learn by doing” and by reflecting on the experience. Learning that is considered “experiential” contains all the developments of skills like reflection, critical analysis and synthesis, opportunities for students to take initiative, make decisions, and be accountable for the results and opportunities for students to engage intellectually, creatively, emotionally, socially, or physically.
There would, without a doubt, be homework. In fact, there is more homework in the flipped model than there is in live classrooms. We would guarantee that there is a mix of homework and live sessions without sacrificing academic rigour. Furthermore, homework is a component of active learning.
At 21K, we believe that education should go beyond just academic knowledge. We want our students to be equipped with the skills they need to thrive in the real world. That's why our vision is to create confident, independent learners who have the high-tech skills to continuously learn. Our curriculum is designed to teach students creativity and innovation, critical thinking and problem-solving, communication and collaboration, flexibility and adaptability, initiative and self-direction, social and cross-cultural skills. We believe these skills are more valuable than ever before because the world is becoming more socially distant. By teaching our students these life skills, we hope to equip them with the tools they need to succeed in an ever-changing world.
The structured learning system, along with positive reinforcements from teachers, will help students to become disciplined. Of course, we would need the support of parents and others at home to achieve this. However, with Online Schooling, the bad influence on a child is also restricted. Active learning and participation will ensure that the child is well-occupied in productive things and would reduce the chances of a mind going astray.
There could be circumstances and instances when the child is unable to complete the homework or projects. As such, we encourage each child to learn and grow at their own pace. At our end, we provide remedial support, follow-ups and counselling to help you overcome any difficulties and make online learning an enjoyable experience.
There would be both formative and summative assessments, conducted online for Grades 1 to 8. There are no formal assessments in early years (Nursery to Kindergarten). Grade 10-12 assessments of NIOS, Cambridge and Edexcel are pen and paper based at an examination centre approved by the respective Board. American Curriculum has online exams for High School Diploma. Parents may please note that India does not offer equivalence to Online Exams at Secondary and Senior Secondary level, but it is accepted in the USA and many other countries. Please speak to our Admission Advisor for more clarity or check with specific requirements in your country.
Students take assessments based on conceptual understanding and application of knowledge, and this reduces the instances of plagiarism or copying. We would also have video-based oral and AI-driven assessments to measure the depth of understanding and learning. Further, we plan to integrate tools that check plagiarism and identify content copied from sources on the internet.
Yes, students will have extensive written work, depending on their grade, and it is part of the learning plan. Not all written works are marked by facilitators. Parents can capture images from mobile and upload them on the learning platform for evaluation/feedback.
City-based learning trips are organized throughout the year. Parents can take their children for a visit to certain places as per the requirements. During summer breaks, we also facilitate Outbound Learning Programs and Excursions. These would be optional, and there would be an additional cost as well. In 2022, we have taken students to Rishikesh, Mysore, Lonavla, Mumbai, Bangalore and many other places.
Students’ Portfolio is a compendium of his academic work. Most traditional schools maintain a file folder, and it includes worksheets, photographs, progress report cards, health charts and such other information. 21K will host the digital Portfolio over the internet.
For Pre-Primary, we have designed and developed our proprietary curriculum. The curriculum designed meets the latest National Council for Educational Research and Training (NCERT) Guidelines and is based on the framework of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), UK. It incorporates the 16 Habits of Mind and is designed for 21st-century children. The curriculum covers seven significant and interconnected areas of learning and development, divided into the Prime Areas and Specific Areas.
The following are the Prime and Specific Areas of Development at early years based on the EYFS, UK framework.
For Grades 1 and above, we follow the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) of India. This curriculum is developed by the National Council for Educational Research and Training (NCERT) and approved by the Ministry of Education, Government of India. It is the same curriculum that is adopted by CBSE and other Boards in India. The present NCF dates back to 2005, and we expect a new NCF in 2023. 21K would adopt any changes in the NCF, as decided by the Government from time to time.
The medium of instruction is English unless the subject requires another medium of instruction. Parents will be free to communicate in their chosen language if the teacher can follow the same.
Yes, we offer third language as optional; students can choose from any of the 16 Indian/International languages.
Yes, students can study Arabic, French, ESOL, Japanese and Spanish as a second, or third language upon payment of an additional fee.
Student’s Learning Kit is a physical set of textbooks and workbooks for use throughout the academic year. This is essential for written work and practice. The kit also contains a School Identity Card, Almanac, Calendar and goody bag. Parents will get the Kit at their residence on enrolment and after payment of the Kit charges. Please refer to curriculum pages for precise details of the learning kit.
The Learning Kit is usually dispatched 8 weeks before the start of the academic year. Depending on the city of delivery, it may take up to 2-4 weeks for delivery. International Shipments may take longer time due to custom clearance and such other issues. In a rare case of non-delivery of books or delay, students will have access to digital copies of books.
21K School offers many opportunities for social interaction and connection, so students never have to worry about loneliness or lack of socialisation. With 21K School, students have easier access to a wider range of resources and can more easily connect with like-minded people from all over the world. In addition, 21K School often offers social activities and clubs, so students can get the social interaction they need without having to leave their homes. The day trips, student exchange programmes, trips and excursions are other opportunities to meet your friends and facilitators from around the world. 21K School is also building physical learning centres, starting with one in Bangalore by March 2023. It has also partnered with over 50 sports clubs and training centres for use of sports facilities on a time-share basis. So, there's no need to worry about loneliness or lack of socialisation when 21K School is here!

It has implemented industry standards to protect the data from unauthorised access, improper use or disclosure, modification and unlawful destruction or accidental loss of the Personal Information. 21K School is a school that is deeply committed to its students and their future. All our teachers are employed full-time with us. This allows us to get to know our students and their families well, and to work together closely to ensure that each student achieves their potential. We recognise that every child is unique, and we tailor our approach to meet each child's individual needs. Our teachers are passionate about their subjects and enthusiastic about teaching. They are subject experts and use innovative techniques to bring learning alive for our students. 21K School is a happy and vibrant community where everyone is valued and respected. We believe that every child has the right to a high-quality education, and we are committed to providing an outstanding all-round education for all our students.
21K School is always on the lookout for the best teachers from across India and abroad. All teachers are required to meet the eligibility criteria and person specifications. During the recruitment and selection process, teachers go through five levels of intense interviews and assessments, including background verification. We train all teachers before they start to teach students and interact with parents. This rigorous process ensures that only the most dedicated and talented individuals join our Academic Crew. 21K School is truly committed to providing quality education, and we will continue to invest in attracting and retaining the best teaching talent in the country.
In today's world, screen time is an inescapable part of life for many children. According to the World Health Organization, children aged 3-5 should spend no more than one hour per day on screen time, and primary school children should have no more than 1.5-2 hours. However, not all screen time is bad. 21K School's screen time policy ensures that all screen time is supervised by a caring adult and is part of a structured learning process. This means that students are not allowed to use social media platforms or gaming apps, and browsing the internet is limited. The only screen time that is expected is for online classes and related tasks/activities. At the pre-primary level, screen time is more with adults than with students, and it is used to provide a human touch to the home-schooling process. This policy ensures that screen time is used in a positive way to further children's education. We advise parents to restrict the screen time of their children beyond 21K School hours. Detailed guidelines, tips and counselling support will be provided to all enroled students to help manage the screen time of their children.
Learning must not become a burden. We have carefully crafted our schedule of three to four hours of classes per day for six days a week, considering several important factors. We believe this is an optimum length of time for learning, and the learning outcomes are not compromised.
Having a three to four-hour class ensures that the child is not overburdened and can retain what is taught. A tired child cannot learn optimally. In addition, we have experienced teachers trained in the 21K methodology who know how to engage the child for the entire lesson duration. They also know how to gauge when a child is tired and needs a break.
Further, the library, sports, and GK periods can all be removed from the timetable without affecting learning outcomes. As such, we believe that our schedule is best designed to maximise learning outcomes.
While it is important for students to receive structured learning time in the form of live classes, it is also vital for them to explore their interests and engage in hands-on learning experiences. By encouraging students to spend at least four to six hours per day engaged in learning activities, we can help them develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in school and in life. Home assignments are one way to provide students with the opportunity to learn independently and at their own pace. However, it is essential to ensure that students can handle homework. A balance should be struck between structured class time and independent learning time, and both should be geared towards helping students achieve success.
We understand that parents may not be able to attend all live classes, and we have made provisions for parents to view recorded classes and stay updated on homework and activities through the school eCampus Mobile App. We hope parents will take advantage of these resources and continue supporting their child's learning, even when they cannot attend live classes.
Students aged six years and above can generally login and enter the live classes in three clicks. Please watch the tech videos on the portal or attend a tech training and orientation programme before the start of the new academic year.
To ensure that pre-primary students receive the best possible education, we require that an adult (‘Learning Coach’) be present during all live classes. We have seen a limited presence of parents during live classes from Grade 1 onwards.
We value parents' involvement in their child's learning, and we believe that our dashboard, detailed reports and recorded classes, along with features like messaging, calendar and on-demand PTM, will help parents support their child's education proactively and transparently.
At 21K School, we understand that flexibility is important for our students and their families. That's why we offer the "Anytime and Anywhere" learning option, which allows students to attend classes at a time and place convenient to them. Students can also complete their homework from any location and any hour of the day. However, we do not allow flexibility when it comes to changing batch times. Change of batch times is permissible only once a month and thrice a year. This is because a cohort of facilitators and coordinators are responsible for each batch. They are responsible for tracking the progress of each child's learning. If there are frequent changes in the batch, holding a facilitator and coordinator accountable for a child's progress is challenging, which is unacceptable. We believe this accountability level is essential for ensuring our students receive the best possible education.
Please Click Here to learn more about Batch Timing. Grades 9-12 do not have the option of morning and afternoon batches. Please refer to concerned curriculum pages for more details.
Class size is one of the most critical factors to ensure an engaging and interactive online school experience. Our class size is small and interactive, with at most 10 Students in Pre-Primary/Early Years and only 24 students in Grades 1 and above. This class size allows for personal attention for every student, which is essential for active learning components. As a result, our students thrive in their studies and develop a love for learning.
Technology and digital tools are everywhere in the world we live in today. It is now an essential part of everyone’s life. The role of technology in business, industries, politics, sports, religion, society, health care, education, and every other aspect of our life is deepening beyond our imagination. The future will likely be more tech-driven because of rapid strides in technologies like artificial intelligence, blockchain, 3D Printing, machine learning, robotics, virtual reality, augmented reality, and the internet of things (IoT). Today’s children must learn and grow with the current trends to emerge as masters of technology and not dependents of these technologies. A Grade 1 student of today may be competing for a job or working alongside Robots and Humanoids. 21K School, a digital-first school, aspires to prepare students for this brave new world by providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in such an environment.
Several factors, including the World Health Organisation (WHO) 's recommendations, have helped us determine the optimum number of live classes. As such, Nursery students have 60 minutes, Kindergarten Students have 120 minutes, and Primary and Middle Students have 3 hours and 4 hours respectively of live classes. The above time includes classes, activities, meditation, daily assembly, assessment, and recess. A quick snapshot is presented below:

The purpose of live classes is to establish human contact, to teach concepts, conduct activities and to provide structure to the daily learning outcomes and expectations. Live classes also include assembly time, activity time and the regular teaching periods.
Although live classes are the preferred method of instruction, we understand that there may be times when students are unable to attend. For those instances, we have a robust eCampus Platform and Mobile App that students can use to view recorded classes and stay updated on homework and activities. Recorded Classes are unedited and made available within 24 hours, so students can watch them at their convenience. Plus, the eCampus Platform and Mobile App are available throughout the year, so students can access them anytime, anywhere.
Attendance is marked on the School Portal daily based on student activities and joining live classes. Parents can track their child's attendance through the dashboard on the Portal and Mobile App. The information on participation and leave will only be visible to the concerned parents/students and not to other parents/students. Students can apply for leave through the Learning Portal. The school's attendance policy is designed to promote regular attendance and class participation. It is also essential for students to be present to benefit from the instructional program and to develop good study habits. The attendance policy will be enforced consistently and fairly for all students. Regular attendance is important and necessary for success in school.
Communication between parents and teachers is essential for student success. Parents need to quickly reach out to teachers with questions or concerns, and teachers need to be able to provide updates on student progress. Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) are an excellent way for parents and teachers to stay in communication, and they should be held on a regular basis. However, Parents can also contact the Teachers / Principal through online messaging, email and call centre. In addition, meetings can be scheduled only through prior appointments. This allows parents to quickly reach out to the school with any questions or concerns they may have.
At our school, we value feedback to maintain and improve the quality of our teachers and the teaching-learning experience. We conduct regular feedback polls and surveys, and parents are always welcome to communicate their concerns and suggestions using the portal or mobile app. Its quick, easy and straightforward to contact anyone of us in the academic leadership crew. Our last feedback survey showed a consistent 87% satisfaction rate, which beats any school's track record. We are always looking for ways to improve, and feedback is essential in helping us to reach our goal of providing the best possible education for our students.
PTMs are an essential avenue of communication between facilitators and parents. They provide an opportunity for parents to voice their concerns and suggestions and receive feedback on their child's progress. The school calendar provides the schedule for PTMs, which will be held on a one-to-one basis bi-monthly. However, we understand that parents' schedules are often busy, so we also have the option of on-demand PTM at a mutually convenient time. In addition, informal Coffee Mornings are held regularly to solicit parents' feedback. We value the input of our parents, and we believe that PTMs and Coffee Mornings are essential for ensuring that the school is meeting the needs of our students and their families.
We suggest using a home desktop or laptop computer to attend live classes. These devices will provide the best visual and audio experience for students. In exceptional cases, students may attend classes through the mobile app on Android phones and iPhones. However, assessments and some of the content platforms like virtual lab, code monkey, may not be available on handheld devices. For the best experience, we recommend the following tech specifications:
Windows 7 Windows 8 Windows 10 Recommended Hardware Pentium 4 or newer processor that supports SSE2 512MB of RAM / 2GB of RAM for the 64-bit version 200MB of hard drive space

There are a few ways that worksheets or home assignments can be corrected in the classroom to provide feedback to students and track their progress. One way is for students to self-assess their work. This can be done by giving answer keys at the end of worksheets or home assignments. Another way is for parents to support their children in correcting their work. Facilitators may also require parents to upload the home assignments on the portal for their evaluation and feedback. This can be done by using mobile scanners to scan worksheets and home assignments and uploaded them through the mobile app.
The benefit of this is that students would get more targeted feedback on their worksheets, and parents would be more involved in the learning process. It would also free up time for teachers to focus on other aspects of the lesson.
At the end of each academic year, parents will receive a report card for their child's progress. This report card will include grades and feedback from teachers, as well as a summary of the student's performance. The report card is a valuable tool for parents to use in understanding their child's progress and setting goals for the future. Report cards are sent to parents within four weeks of results being released, and they are expected to be signed and stamped. A printed copy of the report card is also included.
Celebrations are a vital part of our culture and help to create a sense of community. They provide an opportunity for us to come together and share our traditions, and they also help to promote understanding and respect for other cultures. As we celebrate different festivals and days throughout the year, it is important that we take the time to educate ourselves about their significance. This is why we will be holding special assembly sessions to discuss the history and meaning of different celebrations. We will also be sharing tips and ideas for how to celebrate them at home with family and friends. By taking the time to learn about and understand the importance of celebrations, we can help to create a more connected and tolerant world.
School Assembly is a time when the students and teachers come together to start the day on a positive note. We pray for universal values of truth, love, understanding, compassion, and peace. The focus is on setting the tone for the day and creating an atmosphere of positivity. School Assembly is not about subscribing to or teaching any religious doctrines. This is a time for all of us to come together as a community and start the day off right.
One of the most common questions we get from new students is whether or not they need to wear a uniform. The answer is no - students at our school do not have a uniform. However, we expect students to follow the dress code, which will be discussed during the first week of class. The dress code is designed to promote a positive learning environment, and it includes guidelines on appropriate clothing and accessories. We understand that not everyone is comfortable with the same level of formality, so we allow students to choose what they wear within the limits of the dress code. Headgear, scarves, and hijabs are permitted and respected within our diverse, secular global community of learners and parents. We hope that this policy helps everyone feel comfortable and ready to learn.
At School, we take privacy very seriously. As a policy, we do not provide access to other students/parents contact details and personal information. We understand that privacy is important to our community, and we want to ensure that everyone feels safe and comfortable. During the live classes, students/parents can only see the other student’s profile pictures. The students/parents cannot change their profile picture and name. The profile on the Portal, including the enrollment number, is similar to the School ID Card. This helps to ensure that everyone remains anonymous and that personal information is not shared. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment.
The User ID is linked to an individual student, and other students cannot use the same account. One can always reset the user id and password on the portal or with the support of the Tech Crew.
Students can change their Batch only once a month and up to three times during an academic year.

Home-schooling or Home Education is a term used for students who undergo their schooling from home or a variety of places other than a school. Parents, home tutor or online tutor usually delivers the education program to students. Home Schools are popular with parents who are not satisfied with neighbourhood schools, or desire greater control and involvement in their children's learning process. Homeschooling offers significant advantages for students - it is flexible, provides a variety of learning experiences, ensures greater engagement and personalised attention. However, the most considerable disadvantage is that it can be primarily unstructured. 21K School provides structure to home-schooling and the other benefits the system offers.
While online schools have been around for several decades, they have seen a surge in popularity in recent years. One of the main reasons for this is the Covid19 pandemic, which has forced many schools to close their doors. However, even before the pandemic, online schools were beginning to gain traction. Thanks to the widespread availability of high-speed internet, more and more students can take advantage of the benefits of online learning. These benefits include flexible scheduling, personalized instruction, and increased access to course material. In addition, online schools often offer lower tuition rates than traditional brick-and-mortar institutions. As a result, it is not surprising that online schools are becoming increasingly popular. In fact, according to some estimates, the number of online school students will quadruple by 2025. With so many benefits, it is easy to see why online schools are quickly becoming the preferred choice for many families.
33% of the parents enrolled us last year for better quality of education and improved learning outcomes, which was not met by physical schools.
Blended learning is an approach to education that combines brick-and-mortar schools with online schools and learning. It uses teachers in a classroom context and EdTech-based solutions for online teaching, activities and resources. It only offers some of the benefits of an online school. However, it gives some student control over time, pace, path and place.
Flipped learning is an instructional strategy where students watch online lectures, collaborate in online discussions, or undertake research at home while engaging in concepts in the classroom with the guidance of a teacher. In a traditional classroom setting, student's learning is centred around the teacher, and the engagement of student is restricted to participating in teacher-led activities. In a flipped classroom, the teaching is student-centred, where the time in the school is used to explore topics in greater depth and create meaningful learning opportunities. At the same time, students are initially introduced to new topics outside of the classroom. In a flipped classroom, 'content delivery' may take a variety of forms driven by EdTech platforms like 21K School.
