At 21K School, she is committed to creating a safe, empathetic, and inclusive environment where learners feel heard, supported, and empowered to reach their potential.

One of the most rewarding moments in my journey as a School Counsellor is seeing a learner who once struggled to express themselves gradually find their voice and confidence. These small moments remind me that sometimes, simply being heard, understood, and supported can make a meaningful difference in a child’s journey.

Arpreeta’s Philosophy

I believe every learner is unique and deserves to feel heard, valued, and understood. My approach is rooted in empathy, patience, and creating a safe space where children can express themselves freely, build confidence, and develop the skills they need to navigate challenges. I believe that meaningful support begins with understanding the child as a whole—not just their academic performance, but their emotions, strengths, relationships, and individual needs.
