About Dibyangana
A passionate and experienced educator with 13+ years of experience, I love creating joyful, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences for young learners. I believe in nurturing curiosity, creativity, confidence, and a lifelong love for learning.
With over 13 years of experience in education, I have had the opportunity to work with young learners across CBSE, ICSE, and IB-inspired learning environments, with a strong focus on the early and primary years. I hold an M.Com in Finance and a B.Ed., along with Montessori and Primary Teacher Training, which have helped me understand and respond to the diverse needs of young learners. As a KG2 Facilitator at 21K School, I strive to create joyful, inclusive, and engaging learning experiences where children feel confident to explore, express themselves, ask questions, and learn through meaningful experiences. I believe that every child learns differently, and my role as an educator is to nurture their curiosity, creativity, confidence, and love for learning. I particularly enjoy integrating art, music, storytelling, movement, and hands-on activities into my classroom to make learning purposeful and memorable. For me, teaching is not just about imparting knowledge—it is about building connections, encouraging wonder, and helping every learner discover their own potential.
I believe I became a teacher because I have always found joy in the little moments that happen in a classroom—the excitement in a child’s eyes when they discover something new, the confidence that grows when they finally get something right, and the happiness that comes from simply being heard. Over the years, I have realised that teaching is as much about learning from children as it is about teaching them. Every child brings a unique way of thinking, expressing, and exploring the world, and being part of that journey is what makes teaching so meaningful to me.
Working with young learners has taught me to slow down, listen with patience, celebrate small steps, and turn everyday moments into opportunities for learning. I teach because I want my classroom to be a place where children feel safe to be themselves, curious enough to ask questions, and confident enough to try—even when they may not get it right the first time. For me, the greatest reward is not just seeing a child learn, but seeing them believe in themselves.
