How it works

Each element: C[i][j] = A[i][j] + B[i][j]. Matrices must be the same size.

Example (2×2)

[1 2] + [9 8] = [10 10]

[3 4] [7 6] [10 10]

Matrix Addition Rules

Commutative: A+B = B+A

Associative: (A+B)+C = A+(B+C)

Identity: A + 0 = A
