At 21K School, I teach and mentor learners from diverse backgrounds worldwide, facilitate the Cambridge & Edexcel curriculum, guide young innovators through the Cambridge Young Pioneers Programme, contribute to teacher professional learning, and lead initiatives that strengthen teaching quality, learner engagement, and institutional effectiveness.

Beyond the classroom, I have designed and delivered K–8 digital curriculum resources as an Instructional Designer & Curriculum Consultant, transforming print-based learning materials into engaging, classroom-ready digital experiences. My work spans curriculum development, instructional design, assessment creation, teacher resources, and the integration of technology to enhance learning.

As an MH-SET 2023 qualified educator, Assessment Specialist, Exam Officer, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (EY) professional, and Youth Mental Health First Aider, I bring together educational expertise, quality improvement methodologies, and evidence-informed practice to design meaningful learning experiences and drive continuous improvement.

Prior to transitioning into education, I built a strong foundation in insurance and accounting with Prudential plc, equipping me with commercial insight, analytical thinking, and process improvement skills that continue to inform my work in education.

I am particularly interested in curriculum innovation, assessment, instructional design, educational quality assurance, teacher professional development, and the transformation of online and blended learning.

I believe that quality education is created through thoughtful curriculum, meaningful assessment, empowered educators, and equitable access to learning opportunities for every learner.

Why did I choose teaching?

It all started in Grade 9. I was the mischievous learner, always trying to disrupt the class. But my English teacher never raised her voice. She responded with patience, kindness, and a smile that never faded.

Her quiet strength changed me.

She didn’t just teach English, she taught me the power of empathy, consistency, and the silent, lasting influence a teacher can have.

That’s when I knew: I wanted to be that kind of teacher.
