Long Bio (A fuller paragraph about your teaching journey)
I am a passionate Business educator with over a decade of experience in teaching IGCSE, AS and A Level Business Studies. My teaching journey began in traditional physical classrooms, where I discovered the joy of connecting with learners, making concepts meaningful and creating engaging learning experiences. Over the years, I have taken on various roles as a teacher, mentor, Head of Department, coordinator, academic coach and trainer. Four years ago, I stepped into the world of online education with 21K School, and this transition opened an entirely new chapter in my journey. Moving from a physical classroom to a virtual one challenged me to rethink teaching, embrace technology and find new ways to build meaningful connections with learners beyond classroom walls. Today, I continue to explore innovative pedagogies, technology and interactive learning strategies, while remaining guided by one simple belief—teaching is not just my profession; it is my passion.
From the physical classroom to the virtual world, my journey has taught me that a classroom is not defined by four walls.
I still remember the transition from teaching in a bustling physical school, surrounded by learners, conversations and the everyday energy of a classroom, to suddenly connecting with learners through a screen. Initially, I wondered whether I could create the same connection, the same excitement and the same aha! moments in an online classroom.
Four years later, I have my answer.
The screen may have replaced the blackboard, and breakout rooms may have replaced classroom groups, but the essence of teaching remains exactly the same—the connection with learners. I have learned that a smile can travel through a screen, encouragement can build confidence from miles away, and a teacher can still make a learner feel seen, heard and inspired in a virtual classroom.
My journey from physical schools to online education has made me more adaptable, creative and reflective as an educator. It has reinforced what I have always believed: once a teacher, always a teacher. No matter where the classroom is—within four walls or across continents through a screen—my purpose remains the same: to inspire, empower and make a difference, one learner at a time.

Sonali’s Philosophy
Teaching is not just my profession; it is my passion.
Once a teacher, always a teacher.
A classroom is not defined by four walls—it is defined by meaningful connections and learning.
Every learner can succeed when given the right support, encouragement and opportunities.
Learning should be engaging, meaningful, interactive and connected to the real world.
Technology should enhance learning and help create opportunities beyond geographical boundaries.
A teacher's role is not just to teach, but to inspire, empower and build confidence.
The best learning happens when learners feel seen, heard and valued.
I believe in creating aha! moments that make learning memorable.
My purpose as an educator is to make a difference—one learner at a time.
