Teaching has been a deeply meaningful journey for me, spanning more than 20 years. I began my career as a Hindi teacher and spent two enriching decades at Delhi Public School, where I had the opportunity to teach, coordinate, mentor, and grow alongside my learners. Since 2022, I have been a part of 21K School as a Hindi and Sanskrit Facilitator, embracing a new dimension of education and the possibilities of online learning.

For me, teaching is not just about language or academics; it is about building confidence, curiosity, and a genuine connection with learning. I enjoy creating engaging and joyful learning experiences where every learner feels encouraged to participate, express themselves, and learn without hesitation. Over the years, my journey has also given me opportunities to contribute to cultural activities, language coordination, student events, parent interactions, and the holistic development of learners.

What continues to inspire me is the joy of seeing a learner become more confident, find their voice, and develop a genuine love for language. I believe that a facilitator’s role is not only to teach but also to listen, encourage, guide, and create an environment where every learner feels valued. This belief continues to shape my teaching journey and keeps me excited to learn, evolve, and make a meaningful difference every day.

One of the most rewarding moments in my teaching journey is when a learner who was once hesitant to speak suddenly raises a hand, expresses an idea, and does so with confidence. Moments like these remind me why I chose teaching. I teach because I believe that language is much more than words, grammar, or textbooks—it gives learners a voice. Over the years, I have seen how the right encouragement can transform hesitation into confidence and curiosity into a genuine love for learning. Being able to witness that transformation, even in small moments, is what keeps me inspired as an educator. For me, teaching is not simply a profession; it is an opportunity to connect, encourage, and make a meaningful difference in a learner’s journey.
