I am a passionate and dedicated Mathematics educator with over six years of experience at 21K School, committed to creating meaningful, engaging, and learner-centered learning experiences. With an MBA background and a strong interest in education, I bring a blend of academic knowledge, classroom expertise, and a growth-oriented mindset to my role. My teaching approach focuses on building strong conceptual understanding through real-life connections, hands-on learning, questioning, collaboration, and problem-solving. I integrate innovative pedagogies such as the Habits of Mind (HOM), Visible Thinking Routines (VTR), Concrete-Pictorial-Abstract (CPA) approach, and Assessment for Learning to encourage curiosity, critical thinking, learner agency, and independent learning. I strive to create an inclusive classroom where every learner feels confident to participate, make mistakes, and learn from them. Beyond regular classroom teaching, I actively contribute to academic initiatives, assemblies, interdisciplinary projects, and mathematics-focused events that make learning relevant and enjoyable. I am continuously keen to learn, adapt, and explore new opportunities that allow me to contribute to the wider academic community and support both learner and institutional growth.

My journey as a teacher began with a simple belief—that learning becomes meaningful when a child feels confident, heard, and encouraged to explore. Over the years, I have discovered that teaching Mathematics is not just about numbers, formulas, or finding the right answer; it is about nurturing curiosity, building resilience, and helping learners believe in their own ability to solve problems. One of the most rewarding moments for me is when a learner who once said, “I can’t do Maths,” suddenly approaches a problem with confidence and says, “Let me try.” Those small moments of transformation remind me why I teach. I strive to create a classroom where learners are not afraid to make mistakes, ask questions, think differently, and learn at their own pace. For me, teaching is a continuous journey of learning alongside my learners, celebrating their progress, and inspiring them to become confident, curious, and independent thinkers.
