Rupa Dey Dhani

I hold a B.Ed from Singhania University and an M.A. from Burdwan University, and is trained in EYFS and multiple intelligences. Over 15 years, she has taught across a range of curricula and age groups — starting as an English teacher in West Bengal under CBSE, then moving through roles as Pre-Primary and Primary Teacher at schools including Vibgyor (ICSE), PNC Cognitio International School (IGCSE), Capstone High (CBSE), and NPS ITPL (CBSE). She also worked as an SME Curriculum Designer for English at Gumbi Software before joining Vedantu, where she currently teaches English online. Her approach draws on strengths in classroom management, individualized education plans, guided reading, and parent-teacher communication, with a particular interest in the Montessori method.

Teaching has been my passion for over a decade — the chance to shape how a child learns, thinks, and sees the world is what keeps me committed to this profession. Every small breakthrough in a classroom, whether it's a student finally grasping a concept or gaining the confidence to speak up, reminds me why I chose this path and why I continue to grow as an educator alongside my students.
