Vandana Khera

With over 25 years in education, I have worked across diverse school contexts and curricula, taking on roles spanning classroom teaching, academic leadership, curriculum development, teacher training, and school transformation. My journey has evolved from being an educator in the classroom to leading professional development and learning excellence at scale. I have designed and delivered professional learning programmes for educators, mentored academic teams, supported curriculum and assessment transformation, and contributed to international partnerships and school accreditation initiatives. I am particularly passionate about building cultures of continuous learning, integrating evidence-informed pedagogy and technology, and helping educators translate professional learning into meaningful classroom practice.

I began my journey in education as a teacher, and that experience continues to shape how I see education. Over the years, I realised that when we invest in teachers, helping them reflect, experiment, build confidence and keep learning, we create a ripple effect that reaches every learner. That belief has taken me from the classroom to academic leadership and educator development, but the purpose remains the same: to make learning more meaningful, purposeful and joyful. I teach because I believe great educators never stop being learners themselves.
