The core academic programme

The annual school programme is planned to include core academic teaching and regular formative assessment appropriate to the learner’s grade. Learners will also receive formal progress reporting, while projects, portfolios, practical work and age-appropriate summative assessments may form part of the wider assessment approach.

Teaching is supported by educator observation, feedback and learning evidence. Where applicable, learners may use personalised practice, online assessment and digital or virtual library platforms as part of the school programme.

Learning beyond core subjects

The regular programme includes access to the Learning Garage, physical education and sports, and visual and performing arts. Learners may select at least one and no more than two age-appropriate clubs during the academic year, subject to the choices and schedules available for their stage.

School events may include Sports Day, Arts Festival, Science Fest, Literary Festival, Annual Day, exhibitions, learner-led conferences, cultural celebrations and the School Carnival. The exact calendar and participation arrangements will be shared during the academic year.

Learning materials and orientation

The planned inclusion covers the learner ID card, prescribed textbooks and workbooks, school orientation and technology orientation. Access to applicable online learning, assessment and library platforms is also included where required by the learner’s grade and programme.

The academic year is planned to include a compulsory Summer School Programme for enrolled learners during April. Its courses, schedule and learning outcomes will be communicated as part of the annual academic plan.

What families arrange separately

Families will arrange notebooks, stationery and food from home. From Grade 3, they will also arrange the prescribed learner laptop with a webcam and headphones; Nursery to KG2 will not require a laptop, while Grades 1 and 2 may use the Computer Lab or a home device when required.

The mandatory school uniform will be supplied separately by the school. Transport, optional journeys and any optional programmes or services may have separate arrangements or charges when offered. The applicable fee schedule and terms provided during admission will remain the final reference for inclusions, exclusions and payment conditions.

Why some details vary

Not every learner uses every facility, platform or programme in the same way. Access may depend on grade, curriculum requirements, timetable, safety readiness, programme availability and the school’s phased development. Families will receive confirmed information relevant to the learner’s stage before enrolment and during orientation.
