British Curriculum Fees

For the Academic Year 2024-25

The following is the fee structure for Nursery (Pre-K) to Grade 8 for admissions to 21K School. The program start date for the year 2024-25 will be 12th April 2024. This fee is not applicable to the existing students of 21K School - please contact the School for specific details.

  • The Programme Start Date: 12th April 2024, with the inauguration of the 4th Academic Year
  • The Programme kicks off with the Week of Welcome and Bridge Course. After this students can take a well-deserved break during the Summer Vacation. Regular academics will then recommence on 3rd June 2024.
  • To ensure all parents and students are set up for success, attendance is required at Parent Orientation and Technical Training & Orientation.
  • Parents Orientation on 13th April 2024.
  • Technical Orientation and Training will be held before the start of classes. Specific dates and times will be informed a few days in advance.
  • Class size for each Batch will be as per the details mentioned on the website.
  • All classes will be held from Monday to Friday as per School Almanac. Events and PTMs will be conducted on Saturdays as per the Academic Calendar.
  • 21K School will conduct the ACER International Benchmark Test (IBT - Similar to the Olympiad) for our students from G3 to G8 in English, Science and Mathematics at no additional cost. Attendance is compulsory and will be reported as part of our annual portfolio of students.
  • Various activities and 21K Skills Workshop will be conducted after regular school hours and on Saturdays. These are optional and open for all students at no extra cost.
  • The School reserves the right to change Grade, Subject and Curriculum for academic reasons, including non-declaration of Special Education Needs of the student at the time of enrolment.
  • Cambridge International levies Euro 30 (INR 3150) per year per student as an "Annual Learner Registration Fee”. There is no extra charge for Pearson Edexcel.

Learning Material Kit for Pre-Primary (Nursery/KG1/KG2) includes the following:

  • Set of Concept Books and Workbooks.
  • Student Merchandise – RFID-enabled ID card, School T-shirt, Student Planner and School Academic Year table-top calendar.

Learning Material Kit for Primary & Lower Secondary (Grade 1-8) includes the following:

  • Textbooks/Workbooks as per subjects.
  • Subscription to eBooks or e-Content, where applicable.
  • Digital Library.
  • Canva and other design tools.
  • Virtual Science Lab (Grade 6 onwards).
  • Access to TechPersonalised Learning Platform (Grade 2 onwards).
  • Student Merchandise – RFID-enabled ID card, School T-shirt, Student Planner and School Academic Year table-top calendar.
  • Computational Thinking "Coding Sandpit" book and an annual subscription to the internationally acclaimed award-winning "Code Monkey" platform from Cambridge University Press. Over 10 million students learn how to code in real programming languages every year. Coding is also being made a compulsory part of the Indian.
  • Curriculum as per National Education Policy 2020.

  • Students can select any one 2nd and 3rd language subject from the below-mentioned options.
  • While students must study 2nd Language, studying a third language is optional for Grades 1 to 8.

  • There is no additional tuition fee for studying a 2nd Language.
  • The cost of the books for 3rd Language is additional, as mentioned above under the Fee table.
  • Students of Grades 1 through 8 who choose to pursue a third language will incur additional tuition fees based on the level.

    Students of Grades 1 through 8 who choose to pursue a third language will incur additional tuition fees of ₹6500 for Indian Language & ₹8500 for Foreign Language.
  • This fee will be payable in 2 instalments, mentioned in the below table:

  • English is the First Language and Medium of Instruction.
  • All students must opt for a Second Language from Grades 1 to 8.
  • Students of Grades 1 to 8 can select a Third Language (optional) on payment of additional charges as mentioned above. Classes for these will be conducted twice a week after regular school hours.
  • Except in Grade 1, students must have studied the language in an earlier Grade to opt for the 2nd Language at 21K School.
  • 3rd Language classes are held as per Levels - ranging from Level 0 to 4. We assign appropriate levels to students based on diagnostic assessment at the time of admission. Parents are encouraged to ask students to attempt the diagnostic assessment independently without assistance to ascertain the correct level of books and grade placement for 3rd Language only. Incorrect selection of Level of 3rd Language will cause delay, additional cost, returns, and loss of learning.
  • All 3rd Language Classes are conducted outside the regular batch timings. Morning batch students will have 3rd Language classes in the afternoon. Similarly, afternoon batch students will have 3rd Language classes in the morning. Please check your time zone before opting for a 3rd Language.

  • All figures are in Indian National Rupee (₹).
  • Enrolment Fees is ₹ 850/- and non-refundable. This is paid only once at the time of enrolment
  • No additional admission fees or donation is charged.
  • After enrolment, the admission is processed by paying the fee in instalments or full-year fees.
  • At the time of Admission, parents are expected to pay the sum of the Initial School Fee + Learning Kit Fee + Language Book Charges + Security Deposit.
  • The Security Deposit is refundable without any interest on withdrawal after adjusting any dues.
  • School Fee is payable as per the due dates mentioned above, irrespective of the number of calendar months in each term. This fee is applicable for all grades unless otherwise specified.
  • An additional school fee of ₹ 1000/- per month will be applicable for children with Special Education Needs (SEN), where a Special Educator is assigned to the child.
  • The fee includes Assessment Charges for 21K School. Any Board Examinations, Centre Charges and additional fees introduced by the respective Boards will be additional and excluded from the above.
  • The School is not obliged to send fee reminders. If it is done, it is only in the student's interest and cannot be demanded. Non-receipt of communication from the school will not be treated as a valid reason for non-payment of fees within the stipulated date/time. The school’s decision will be final and binding with respect to all matters concerning school fees.
  • Fees must be paid online through the Mobile App/Invoice/ link provided. We do not accept any liability for payments made on other links, websites or persons.
  • Late payment charges of ₹ 100/- per day will be levied if the fee is not paid within the due date.
  • Requests for a change of curriculum, batch or 3rd Language will be open only before the dispatch of the learning kit or the start of the academic year, whichever is earlier. Requests for such changes will not be entertained after the start of the academic year.
  • Request for a Bonafide Certificate, additional documents, hard copies of marks sheet / revised fee receipts, or TC will attract payment of ₹ 800/- per instance. International Courier charges will be additional, as mentioned under the Learning Kit section.
  • The 4th academic year ends on 31st March 2025.

  • The fee structure of 21K School is governed by its rules, policies, terms and conditions and as amended from time to time by the Management at its sole discretion.
  • On payment of fees and enrolling with 21K School, you agree to abide by the above and will be considered as a consent of the above.

  • Family concession (where two or more students of the same parents are studying at 21K School) would be provided only for the younger sibling. The rebate permissible is 10% on School Fee. This rebate cannot be combined with any other scholarship or rebate or waiver of fees.
  • Any and all Rebates and Scholarships are applicable only on the annual School Fees and adjusted against the last instalment. No rebate or waiver is applicable on the learning kit, security deposit, coding kit, board examination fee, centre charges, or any similar additional cost as mentioned separately.
  • Students passing out from 21K School in Grade 10 or Grade 12 will get free membership to 21K School Alumni Crew.
  • Parents, who have paid the security deposit, shall get a rebate of Rs. 4,500 at the time of roll-over for the next two academic years.
