The following is the fee structure for Senior School IGCSE, AS,A Level for admission to 21K School. The program start date for the year 2025-26 will be 7th April 2025. This fee is not applicable to the existing learners of 21K School - please contact the School for specific details.

Cambridge International levies (INR 3500) per year per learner as an "Annual Learner Registration Fee",
There is no extra charge for Pearson Edexcel.

  • Learners have the option of choosing between Cambridge and Edexcel for International GCSE and AS/A Levels.
  • The fee structure remains the same for both however the cost of Examination Fee and Center Charges vary for each choice.
  • Please select the appropriate Curriculum on the basis of the proximity of the Examination center to your location as Grade 10 and Grade 12 Examinations in India will be pen and paper-based only.
  • Cambridge pen and paper examinations for learners in India will be conducted only at an approved examination center which is a Cambridge Affiliated School.

  • The Programme Start Date: 7th April 2025, with the inauguration of the 5th Academic Year.
  • After this learners can take a well-deserved break during the Summer Vacation. Academics will then recommence on 2nd June 2025.
  • To ensure all parents and learners are set up for success, attendance is required at Parent Orientation and Technical Training & Orientation.
  • Parents Orientation will be held on 4th & 5th April 2025.
  • Class size for each Batch will be as per the details mentioned on the website.
  • All classes will be held from Monday to Friday as per School Almanac. Events and PTMs will be conducted on Saturdays as per the Academic Calendar.
  • Frequent Internal assessments will be at no additional cost.
  • The School reserves the right to change Grade, Subject, and Curriculum for academic reasons, including non-declaration of Special Education Needs of the learner at the time of registration.

Step 1: Submit the registration form and pay the registration fees.

Step 2: Submit the Subject Selection Form.

Step 3: Complete the Declaration and Undertaking of Commitment.

Step 4: A live video interaction (Viva) with the Academic Leadership Crew of British Senior School.

Step 5: If approved by the Academic Leadership Crew, learners will receive a Letter of Admissions.

Step 6: Learners must accept the terms of the letter of admission and pay fees to complete the admission formalities.

  • All figures are in Indian National Rupee (₹).
  • Registration Fees is ₹ 500/- and non-refundable. This is paid only once at the time of registration.
  • No additional fees or donations is charged.
  • After registration, the admission is processed by paying the fee in Instalments or full-year fee.
  • Security Deposit is refundable without any interest on withdrawal after adjusting any dues.
  • School Fee is payable as per the due dates mentioned above, irrespective of the number of calendar months in each term. This fee is applicable for all grades unless otherwise specified.
  • All fees must be paid through the bank account from the country of residence of the learner. Ex: if residing in Dubai, the payment should be made from a Dubai-based bank account, not an Indian bank account.
  • Learner’s fees must be paid from either the parent’s, guardian’s, or learner’s account only. Payments made by any other person or company will not be accepted unless prior written notification is provided by the parents.
  • An additional school fee of ₹ 1000/- per month will be applicable for learners with Special Education Needs (SEN), where a Special Educator is assigned to the learner.
  • Any Board Examinations, Centre Charges, and additional fees introduced by the respective Boards will be additional and excluded from the above.
  • The School is not obliged to send fee reminders. If it is done, it is only in the learner's interest and cannot be demanded. Non-receipt of communication from the school will not be treated as a valid reason for non-payment of fees within the stipulated date/time. The school’s decision will be final and binding with respect to all matters concerning school fees
  • Fees must be paid online through the Mobile App/Invoice/ link provided. We do not accept any liability for payments made through other unauthorized links, RTGS/NEFT/UPI/IMPS/Cheque/Demand Draft/ Cash deposits, FATF Grey list Countries accounts, or any payments made to any other unauthorized person/ individuals/employees or websites.
  • Please be aware that 21K School or its employees will never ask for OTP, Credit / Debit Card / Account Details, CVV or any such financial sensitive data.
  • Late payment charges of ₹ 100/- per day will be levied if the fee is not paid within the due date.
  • Request for a Bonafide Certificate, additional documents, hard copies of marks sheet / revised fee receipts, or TC will attract payment of ₹ 800/- per instance. Courier charges will be additional.
  • The 5th academic year ends on 31st March 2026.

  • The fee structure of 21K School is governed by its rules, policies, terms, and conditions and as amended from time to time by the Management at its sole discretion.
  • On payment of fees and registering with 21K School, you agree to abide by the above and will be considered as a consent of the above.

  • Family concession (where two or more learners of the same parents are studying at 21K School) would be provided only for the younger sibling. The rebate permissible is 5% on School Fee. This rebate cannot be combined with any other scholarship or rebate, or waiver of fees.
  • By making the annual payment, the learner qualifies for a 5% rebate, which applies solely to the tuition fees.
  • Any Rebates and Scholarships are applicable only on the annual School Fees and adjusted against the last instalment. No rebate or waiver is applicable on the board examination fee, centre charges, or any similar additional cost as mentioned separately.
  • Learners passing out from 21K School in Grade 10 or 12 will get free membership to the 21K School Alumni Crew.
