How does 21K School’s admission and online classes work?

21K School admission and online classes work in the most simple way. We’re not a homeschooling programme but a complete online school offering live online classes, experienced teachers, whom we call facilitators, and a diverse learning community.

  1. Step 1: Registration

Start by submitting an online application form through our Registration Portal and complete the registration fee payment online. There is a non-refundable registration fee of ₹975 + payment gateway charges, for initial profile processing. It is typically completed within the same day.

  2. Step 2: Diagnostic assessment/ academic discussion

A diagnostic assessment may be recommended depending on your child’s grade level and selected pathway. An academic discussion is recommended for senior grades (Grades 6 to 12) to review syllabus coverage, previous academic records, and subject options. It typically takes 1 to 2 business days.

  3. Step 3: Video interaction & confirmation

Next, you’ll be headed for a video interaction with our admissions facilitator to understand your child's learning preferences, interests, and learning needs. It helps in confirmation of the best pathway and grade to your child. It typically takes 2 to 3 business days.

  4. Step 4: Delivery of learning kit

We deliver a physical learning kit containing learning resources, activity books, and specialised materials to your doorstep for all our Pre-Primary through Middle School (Nursery to Grade 8) learners. It typically takes 5 to 7 business days post enrolment.

  5. Step 5: Daily live class structure

We deliver daily live classes Monday through Friday, with four convenient daily timing slots in Indian Standard Time (IST) through our interactive online learning platform. Live sessions run 1 hour per day for Nursery-KG, 2 hours per day for grades 1-5, 3 hours per day for grades 6-8 and 4 hours per day for grades 9-12.

  6. Step 6: Online co-curricular conferences & events

Our learners enjoy online structured co-curricular events throughout the year like the 21K Science Fest, Mathalon, Lit Fest, Art Fest, Model United Nations (MUN), and Learner-Led Conferences (LLC).

  7. Step 7: Annual academic calendar & flexible intakes

We follow a structured academic calendar aligned with national and international board schedules. The flexible intakes are held in April, June, September, and January to accommodate different Jaipur families seeking relaxation from fixed admission dates.

The numbers tell a part of our story

5 reviews from 21K families on the Jaipur page
  • 21k school is an online school with CBSE based curriculum until 8th std and NIOS curriculum for 9th and 10th. It also offers British (Cambridge) option. It really helps for students who have a need for an online school and cannot attend a regular school for various reasons (Sports/relocation/disability etc.). The classes are made to be interactive, the tools used and assignments submission etc. are very professional. Teaching quality is good, however it varies based on individual subjects and teachers. Overall the school is highly recommended.

  • I had admitted my daughter to the 21k school in Grade 5 when we had relocated to HK for a year. I would like to confess that 21k is undoubtedly one of the best online schools in India that follows CBSE curriculum . The quality of education is superb and the faculty members are experienced and supportive (especially Ms. Savitha N, Ms. Manbinder Kaur). Special thanks to Ms. Ekta Daniel from Customer Experience Team for going out of the way for getting the books delivered on time and helping us out in the exit formalities too. I would highly recommend 21k school to the immigrants outside India looking for CBSE curriculum for their ward. All the v best !!!
