The 21K Group: One Learning Ecosystem, Four Ways to Learn
Online school, FLOWW, learning garages and 21K campus, and how they connect

Your family does not need a rigid, one-size-fits-all model of education. As your child grows, their learning needs, interests, and schedule can evolve. Founded on 9 March 2020, the 21K Group is building a connected K–12 learning ecosystem that brings together recognized online schooling, flexible short-term programs, hands-on physical centers, and place-based campus education.
Backing from investors like Mr Ronnie Screwvala, chairperson of upGrad, helps us strengthen our systems, technology, and academic depth. Each part of the ecosystem fulfills a distinct role, allowing you to build an education around your child rather than fitting your child into a single inherited format.

Why one learning ecosystem instead of one school model
Your child can move between formats as needs change
An ecosystem begins with a simple question: what specific combination of academic structure, relationships, hands-on experiences, and personal flexibility will help your child thrive?
By uniting multiple learning pathways under one organization, we protect your child’s academic continuity. They can access rich, practical experiences beyond the boundaries of a conventional school day or a single physical location.
21K School Online: The complete-school pathway
Live teaching, assessment and recognised board progression, from anywhere
21K School Online is our flagship complete-school pathway. It brings live teaching, recognized curricula, formal assessment, dedicated academic support, and vibrant community interaction into a structured online experience.
Families can choose between Indian and British pathways across relevant grades:

Indian pathways
Aligned with the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) and NIOS. (Note: 21K School is not affiliated to CBSE.)
British pathways
Registered international options. 21K School is a registered online Cambridge International School (Centre IA702) and an approved Pearson Edexcel Online School (Centre 94883).
Online delivery removes geographic barriers while maintaining the rigor, standards, and formal progression you expect from a high-quality school.
Learning FLOWW: Flexible programmes by goal
Guided learning without the full complete-school structure
Learning FLOWW extends our ecosystem through flexible learning modules designed around specific goals, skill enrichment, and flexible schedules. It gives your family a targeted route to access guided learning when you do not need a complete-school enrollment.
Check the current Learning FLOWW pages for active module availability, age bands, and course formats.
Learning garages: Hands-on learning in four cities
In-person making and skill-building, expanding to 30 by March 2028.
Learning Garages create physical opportunities for hands-on, interest-led, and practical skill-building experiences. They connect theoretical ideas with physical making, collaborative design, and real-world tools.
As of September 2026, we operate four Learning Garages across Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and New Delhi, with plans to expand to 30 locations by March 2028. Specific workshop schedules, age groups, and project tracks are published on our local centre pages.

21K campus: Classes expected from June 2027
A physical-school setting, in Phase 1 development
21K Campus brings our learner-first philosophy into a brick-and-mortar school environment. Currently in Phase 1 development, classes are scheduled to begin in June 2027.
The physical campus does not replace our online ecosystem. It provides another setting through which the same learner-centered vision is delivered. You can register your interest today to receive updates on admissions timelines and campus site reveals.

How your child can use more than one part
Start with one part and add or move to another as needs change
The strength of the 21K Group lies in connection across our branches:

An Online School learner can attend weekend design sprints at a local Learning Garage.
A 21K Campus learner can draw from our global digital learning resources and peer network.
A family can start with a short Learning FLOWW module and transition into a full-time academic pathway.
Our goal is to make these interconnected choices clear and accessible so you can select the right combination for your child.
Online School gives him the flexibility to learn in a way that works for him. The Learning Garage gave him another space to turn that curiosity into something he could build with his own hands. For us, the two experiences felt connected rather than separate.
Quality education without the limits of place
Access widens through technology; quality comes from people and systems
We provide families with choice and voice in their children’s education. Technology expands access across geographies, but genuine educational quality depends on people, leadership, and structured support.
In the 21K ecosystem, high academic standards are maintained through scale and professional accountability. During the 2025–26 academic year alone, our faculty delivered 137,200 hours of live online teaching backed by 551 hours of facilitator professional development.
25,000+ learners, still known by name
Scale brings breadth; relationships keep it personal
As of 1 September 2026, 21K School has welcomed over 25,000 learners (cumulative registrations) across 78 countries—including India, the UAE, the UK, Singapore, and the US—representing 46 nationalities, supported by a staff of over 500 professionals.
While scale enables rich diversity and system investment, your child experiences school through individual relationships. Our teachers, whom we call facilitators, pay close attention to personal growth. We commit to deepening these personal connections between facilitators, counsellors, and peers as our community grows.

One standard across every part of 21K
Shared values and frameworks, whatever the format.
While curricula and formats vary across the Group, you will see the same core principles everywhere: learner-first decisions, personalisation with integrity, clear academic expectations, and respect for your child’s life outside school.

Questions parents ask about the 21K Group
Is the 21K Group only an online-school organisation?
No. While 21K School Online is our flagship pathway, Learning FLOWW, Learning Garages, and 21K Campus extend our ecosystem through modular programs, physical maker spaces, and brick-and-mortar schooling.
Can a child use more than one part of the ecosystem?
Yes. Where age, geographic location, and program schedules allow, families can combine offerings, such as taking full-time online classes while attending hands-on workshops at a local Learning Garage.
Are all programmes available in every city?
No. 21K School Online is accessible globally wherever a stable internet connection exists. Physical experiences, such as Learning Garages and 21K Campus, are location-specific.
Does every offering provide a school qualification?
No. Full-time enrollment in 21K School Online offers formal Board progression (such as NIOS, Cambridge, or Pearson Edexcel). Enrichment programs like Learning FLOWW or Learning Garages focus on skill building rather than formal Board certification.
Is 21K Campus open now?
Not yet. 21K Campus is currently in Phase 1 development, with classes expected to start in June 2027. You can register your interest on the campus page to receive updates as admissions open.
How do we know which part is right for our child?
Start by evaluating your child’s age, learning goals, current schooling setup, and daily schedule. You can also book an advisory call with our admissions team to guide your choice.
Can an Online School learner still access community experiences?
Yes. Online School learners participate in live assemblies, collaborative projects, student clubs, and global competitions, alongside optional in-person meetups and school trips where available.
