About Danish

Computing Facilitator with 8+ years of teaching experience across NCERT and Cambridge curricula, with an MCA background. Passionate about technology, coding, and creating engaging, learner-centred digital learning experiences.

I am an experienced Computing Facilitator with over 8 years of teaching experience and a Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA). Since 2017, I have been teaching Computing at the Lower Secondary level across NCERT and Cambridge curricula, with a strong focus on developing computational thinking, programming proficiency, digital literacy, and problem-solving skills. My teaching practice is rooted in learner-centred pedagogy, encouraging curiosity, creativity, collaboration, and the practical application of technology. In my current role, I facilitate Computing in an online learning environment, where I integrate coding, digital tools, and emerging technologies to design engaging and purposeful learning experiences. I am committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment that empowers learners to become confident, responsible, and future-ready users and creators of technology.

My journey as a teacher began in 2017, and what started as a profession gradually became something much more meaningful to me. With a background in Computer Applications, I initially thought of technology mainly in terms of skills and knowledge, but teaching learners showed me that it is also about confidence, curiosity, and giving someone the courage to try again when something does not work. I have always found the most rewarding moments to be those when a learner who was unsure of themselves suddenly says, “I got it!” or proudly shares something they have created. These moments remind me why I teach. I want my learners to feel that their ideas matter, that mistakes are part of learning, and that technology is not something to be intimidated by—it is something they can explore, create with, and use to make a difference.
