About Hima

I am a passionate Computer Science and ICT educator who enjoys making learning interactive, creative, and meaningful. I love exploring technology, coding, and new ideas that inspire learners.

I am a passionate and dedicated Computer Science and ICT educator with 8 years of teaching experience across the CBSE and IGCSE curricula. Throughout my teaching journey, I have had the opportunity to work with learners from Grades 1 to 10, helping them develop digital literacy, computational thinking, problem-solving, and programming skills.

I believe that technology education should go beyond learning tools and commands. It should encourage learners to think creatively, solve problems, collaborate, and confidently apply their knowledge to real-world situations. My teaching approach focuses on creating engaging and interactive learning experiences through coding, hands-on activities, project-based learning, digital tools, and collaborative tasks.

I particularly enjoy introducing learners to programming and computational thinking through age-appropriate activities that allow them to explore, experiment, and learn from their experiences. I aim to create a classroom environment where learners feel comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and taking ownership of their learning.

I have a keen interest in emerging technologies, Artificial Intelligence, and innovative approaches to education. I continuously strive to enhance my knowledge and teaching practices so that I can help learners develop the skills and mindset needed to navigate an ever-changing digital world.

I value collaboration, continuous professional development, creativity, and lifelong learning. My goal as an educator is to inspire learners to become confident technology users, thoughtful problem-solvers, creative thinkers, and responsible digital citizens.

My journey as an educator is driven by a passion for helping learners discover their potential. I believe that every child is curious, capable, and unique, and that meaningful learning happens when learners feel encouraged to explore and express their ideas.

As a Computer Science and ICT educator, I enjoy creating engaging learning experiences where technology becomes a tool for creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration. One of the most rewarding moments for me is seeing a learner gain confidence after successfully creating, coding, or solving something independently.

Teaching has taught me that learning is a two-way journey. Every learner brings new ideas and perspectives, and each classroom experience gives me an opportunity to learn and grow as an educator.

I teach because I want to inspire curiosity, build confidence, and empower learners with the skills and mindset they need to thrive in an ever-changing digital world.
