What’s Included in the 21K School Experience
What your fee covers, what varies by programme, and what costs extra

Choosing a school is about understanding what your child receives every day: who guides them, how progress is measured, and what community they join.
A 21K School programme combines scheduled live teaching, a recognized curriculum pathway, formal assessments, progress reporting, learner support, and a connected school community. Some resources, activities, and specialist modules vary by grade, pathway, choice, and fee plan. Your admissions advisor will confirm what applies to your child before enrollment.

Live weekday teaching
Scheduled live classes shaped by your child's age and developmental stage.
Your child learns through scheduled, live classes across the school week with our teachers, whom we call facilitators. Facilitators guide practice, ask questions, and respond to learner understanding in real time.
Across our 2025–26 academic year alone, our team delivered over 137,200 hours of live online teaching. The school day is designed around the developmental stage of the learner:

Pre-Primary (1–2 Live Hours/Day)
Shorter, active sessions with a dedicated homeroom facilitator.
Primary (2–3 Live Hours/Day)
Structured routines with expanding subject focus.
Middle School (~3–4 Live Hours/Day)
Subject-specialist teaching and collaborative projects.
Senior School (~4+ Live Hours/Day)
Specialist-led coursework built around individual subject choices.
Your curriculum pathway
Indian or British pathways, with Board options in Senior School.
Families select the Indian or British pathway that best fits their child’s grade, learning history, and future goals. Both pathways offer structured live teaching focused on deep conceptual understanding.
Indian Pathway
Available from Pre-Primary through Senior School.
British Pathway
Begins in Early Years and progresses through Cambridge programmes, including IGCSE and Cambridge International AS & A Level. Pearson Edexcel International A Level is available in relevant Senior School modules.
NIOS Pathway
A Senior School option for learners requiring the flexibility of the National Institute of Open Schooling system.
Accreditation note:
21K School is a registered online Cambridge International School (IA702) and an approved Pearson Edexcel Online School (94883). NIOS is a Board pathway chosen by parents, not an accreditation of the school. 21K School is not affiliated with CBSE.

Learning kit and resources by stage
Included kits through Grade 8, Board resources after, and digital tools throughout.
Learning is supported through coursebooks, workbooks, digital materials, and subject-specific resources:
Pre-Primary to Grade 8
21K School provides the relevant Learning Kit under standard programme terms. Kits include prescribed books, workbooks, and school identity materials. Stationery and basic activity supplies are arranged separately by parents.
Senior School (Grades 9–12)
Learners procure specific pathway textbooks independently based on subject choices.
Digital Tools
Online materials, virtual subject tools, and practice modules reinforce live teaching. These resources do not replace live facilitators; they help learners review and apply concepts independently between classes.
Assessment and progress reporting
Stage-appropriate evaluation and transparent progress updates.
Assessment is an ongoing part of learning. Depending on the grade, evaluation includes class participation, quizzes, assignments, projects, presentations, and written examinations.
Facilitator feedback and progress reports help families track mastery and identify areas for support. Benchmark assessments, such as the ACER International Benchmark Tests (IBT) run by the Australian Council for Educational Research, are included for relevant cohorts without a separate assessment charge. Over 2,000 learners participated in the ACER IBT during the 2025–26 academic year. External Board examination fees follow the relevant Board’s rules and require separate payment.
Academic and learner support
Support for learning gaps, additional needs, enrichment, and student wellbeing.
When a learner needs extra help, facilitators provide targeted practice and small-group follow-up.

Core Academic Support (Included)
Classroom guidance, progress check-ins, and standard operational support are included in your fee.
Specialized Learning Support
Tailored intervention for identified learning needs or specialized wellbeing programs may operate under separate terms.
Our Learner Success team guides families through official support channels. Senior School families also receive dedicated advice regarding subject selection, career exploration, and university transitions.
Does your child need extra help in a subject? Ask how support works.
School community, events, and trips
Included community activities alongside optional trips and enrichment.
School life extends beyond academics. Learners join assemblies, cultural celebrations, cohort activities, and peer sessions as part of their standard experience.
Depending on grade level, learners can participate in events such as Science Fest, Mathalon, Lit Fest, Art Fest, Model United Nations, public speaking, innovation challenges, business pitching showcases, and Learner-Led Conferences.
Selected in-person events, regional field trips, and hands-on Learning Garages are optional. These specialized experiences are billed separately to cover travel, venue, and material expenses.
