My teaching journey began in 2019 when I joined EPS School, where I had the opportunity to begin my career as a Grade 5 Homeroom Teacher. This experience helped me understand the importance of building strong relationships with learners, creating a supportive classroom environment, and making learning meaningful and engaging. It was here that I discovered how much I enjoy working with young learners and helping them grow not only academically but also as confident individuals.

As I continued to grow as an educator, I explored different teaching environments and worked with various educational organisations, gaining valuable experiences that shaped my approach to teaching. I later joined All Saints School, a CBSE-affiliated school in Bhopal, as a TGT Science teacher. Teaching science at the middle-school level deepened my passion for the subject and strengthened my belief that science is best learned through curiosity, questioning, observation, and real-life connections.

My journey then expanded into online education, where I worked with platforms such as Byjus, Vedantu as a Science Tutor. This experience gave me the opportunity to connect with learners beyond the traditional classroom and helped me develop new ways of making online learning interactive, learner-centred, and engaging. It also taught me to adapt my teaching strategies to different learning needs and use technology meaningfully to enhance understanding.

Today, I am delighted to continue my journey as a Middle School Science Facilitator at 21k school. I see myself not simply as someone who teaches science, but as someone who facilitates curiosity and encourages learners to think, question, investigate, and discover. I enjoy bringing everyday experiences into the science classroom and creating opportunities where learners can connect concepts with the world around them.

One of my favourite moments as a teacher is when a learner asks a question that takes the whole class in an unexpected direction. Those moments remind me why I teach—to nurture curiosity and make learning an adventure.
