Ruby Sharma Mann

I am a passionate and dedicated Science educator with a Master’s in Biotechnology, B.Ed. in Life Science, CTET Paper 1 & Paper 2, and a TISS Certificate in Nature of Science and Science Education (E11). I have also completed C++ Programming from HCL, Noida, which reflects my interest in continuously expanding my knowledge and exploring diverse areas of learning.

I have always found the Teaching–Learning Process to be an exciting and rewarding journey. For me, teaching is not just about delivering content; it is about understanding learners, nurturing curiosity, encouraging questions, and creating meaningful learning experiences. I strongly believe that every learner is unique, and therefore, our teaching approaches should be flexible, creative, and responsive to their individual needs.

Before choosing teaching as my profession, I gained experience in the healthcare sector as well as in preschool education for around two and a half years. These experiences helped me understand people, communication, care, and learning from different perspectives. Eventually, I chose to turn my passion for working with children and learning into my career in education.

With 11+ years of teaching experience, I believe that teaching and learning is a never-ending and lifelong process. As educators, we are also learners who continuously evolve, reflect, experiment, and grow alongside our students. I follow an out-of-the-box and learner-centred approach, using creativity, storytelling, real-life connections, questioning, and exploration to make Science more engaging and meaningful.

My ultimate goal is to help every learner discover their strengths, build confidence, develop curiosity, and become the best version of themselves. I am grateful to be associated with 21K School, an environment that encourages innovative learning and enables us to make the learning journey of our students more meaningful through the power of a virtual classroom.

I teach because I believe every child has the potential to shine. I love nurturing curiosity, making learning meaningful, and helping learners grow into confident, curious, and compassionate individuals.
