Clear, Secure and Convenient Ways to Pay
21K School keeps fee payments transparent and straightforward. Before making a payment, parents receive the applicable fee, payment schedule, taxes and other charges for the selected school pathway or programme.

Use the official payment portal
Begin every admission or fee payment from the authorised portal for the selected 21K product:
- 21K School Online
- 21K Learning FLOWW
- 21K Learning Garage
Do not rely on a payment link merely because it carries a 21K School or payment-provider name or logo. Confirm that the payment journey begins from an official 21K portal or was issued through a verified 21K School communication channel.
Payment partners and eNACH
Depending on the product, payment method, currency and country, the authorised payment flow may use Razorpay, Axis Bank, Stripe, Cashfree or PayPal. The payment partner shown at checkout may therefore vary.
A direct payment link may be issued only in an exceptional case by an authorised 21K School representative through an official communication channel. Verify the learner’s name, selected product and amount before paying.
An eNACH mandate processed through Cashfree may be available for eligible 21K School Online or 21K School On Campus instalment plans. Set up or modify an eNACH mandate only within the authorised payment flow.
When fees are payable
All fees must be paid in advance.
For standalone programmes—including FLOWW, Learning Garage and other 21K learning programmes—the applicable programme fee must be paid in full before the learner begins.
For 21K School Online and 21K School On Campus, parents may choose an available instalment plan. These instalments are offered at no additional cost: 21K School does not charge interest or an instalment surcharge. Each instalment must be paid by its stated due date for the learner’s admission and access to remain active.
Families may also pay the annual school fee in full where that option is available. Any applicable annual-payment benefit will be shown in the approved fee schedule.
What your payment may include
The amount payable depends on the selected product, pathway, grade or year, subjects, class-size option and any additional services chosen.
Your payment summary will clearly show:
- The applicable school or programme fee
- The selected payment schedule
- GST, where applicable
- Payment gateway charges
- Approved rebates or benefits, where applicable
- Any separately selected service, material, examination, shipping or programme charge
Please review the payment summary carefully before completing the transaction.
GST and tax invoices
GST is charged only where applicable to the selected product or service. The applicable GST amount will be shown before payment and included in the official tax invoice.
Because different 21K products may be invoiced by different 21K entities, the name appearing on the invoice or payment receipt may vary. Parents should rely only on invoices and payment requests generated through an authorised 21K School system.
Payment gateway charges
Payment gateway charges are borne by the parent or guardian and apply to each online transaction. These charges are separate from the school or programme fee and may vary according to the payment method and payment gateway used.
Choosing an instalment plan does not attract interest or an instalment surcharge. However, the applicable payment gateway charge may be levied separately on every instalment transaction.
Questions parents ask
Can I pay school fees in instalments?
Yes. Interest-free instalment options are available for 21K School Online and 21K School On Campus according to the applicable fee schedule.
Are instalments available for FLOWW or Learning Garage programmes?
No. Standalone programme fees must be paid in full and in advance before the learner begins, unless 21K School publishes a different approved payment arrangement for a specific programme.
Is there an additional charge for choosing instalments?
There is no interest or instalment surcharge. Payment gateway charges may, however, apply separately to every instalment transaction.
Is GST included in the published fee?
GST applies only to products and services for which it is legally applicable. The payment summary and tax invoice will show the applicable GST separately.
Can I pay by cash or direct bank transfer?
No. Parents should pay only through an authorised 21K School online payment channel. Do not make payments in cash, through direct bank transfer or through any unofficial account, link, QR code or intermediary.
How will I know that my payment has been received?
A successful authorised payment will generate an acknowledgement, receipt or tax invoice. If you do not receive confirmation, contact 21K School before attempting another payment.
